周邊環境很好，友好的工作人員，完善的設施，房間不大但是乾淨衞生，有乾淨的浴池，方便一天下來很好的休息

酒店還不錯，在城堡裏面，就是白天停車要收費，其實車子可以停城堡外。沒有免費水提供。

Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere doppie superior tramite il loro sito web, quando siamo arrivati ce ne volevano addebitare 7 poiché il loro sistema aveva prenotato 3 camere due volte agli stessi nomi. Dopo una lunga discussione ovviamente ne abbiamo pagate solamente 4. Albergo centrale e comodo per visitare il bellissimo paese di Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Camere pulite e confortevoli! Unica pecca, ma molto grave, non effettuano la pulizia giornaliera né il cambio di asciugamani per le prime due notti! Bella struttura ma abbastanza cara, comunque nello standard del luogo! Abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante, molto carino e raffinato! Personale gentile e attento ma la cena niente di eccezionale, non vale la spesa pagata.

Hôtel très bien situé et au calme. Chambre confortable et propre avec un accueil personnalisé pour Noël: une assiette remplie de pains d'épices, biscuits, chocolat et fruits. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Les repas satisfaisants sont de bonne qualité. Le seul bémol: la Wifi payante, ce que personnellement je trouve inadmissible.

２０１２年７月にツアー参加で宿泊しました。ツアーなので事前に部屋を選ぶことはできませんでしたが、１階の角部屋（城壁側）に宿泊しましたのでその前提で口コミを書きます。 外観の写真から見えるように、かわいい雰囲気のホテルです。ローテンブルクは城壁に囲まれていますが、このホテルは城壁の隣り（城壁～ホテルの間は道路があるのでぴったりくっついているわけではないです）なので、朝起きたら城壁に登る方は便利なロケーションです。 部屋内（１階の角部屋：城壁側）は、 写真の奥に見える明るい部分の正面が洗面所、右がトイレ、左が湯船＆シャワーです。 特に部屋の中は特別すごいところはないですが、このホテルのおススメはロケーションと外観ですね。

Dieses wunderschöne Hotel im Fachwerkstil ist einfach ein Juwel! Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich sofort willkommen – das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist absolut makellos, jedes Detail im Zimmer und in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen ist perfekt gepflegt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Mitten im historischen Zentrum von Rothenburg und nur wenige Schritte vom Aufgang zur Stadtmauer entfernt. Von dort aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Altstadt und kann einen unvergesslichen Spaziergang genießen. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die Betten sind extrem bequem – hier schläft man wie auf Wolken! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, einen Wochenendtrip nach Rothenburg zu machen. Und wenn, dann unbedingt in diesem Hotel übernachten – es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für ein unvergessliches City-Trip-Erlebnis!

One night in Rothenburg. Great, lovely town.... Regarding the hotel, I must say I'm disappointed by the hotel rating in Germany... Prinzhotel is my argument. The location is great (inside the city walls). The exterior looks very good. Probabily we've stayed in a room different from the others, because: - the furniture was scratched and dirty - unpleaseant smell in the room and the lobby (probably from the shoe cleaning machine right next to it) - NO WINDOWS - NO AC - NO breakfast and wi-fi included - how even it is possible for a 4stars hotel to have the numbers on the doors and direction signs fixed with duct tape?? - free parking lot I took some pictures...

Das Hotel ist gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt direkt an der Stadtmauer, dadurch ist es auch schön ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Außerdem gab es ein reichhaltiges und ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet.

地理位置優越，適合遊覽城市，靠近 P4 停車場（城牆外）。飯店擁有寬敞、乾淨、舒適的客房。它還有一家提供國際美食的餐廳，如果該地區所有其他餐廳都已經關門的話，這很有用（在德國，他們很早就用餐）...

這是一家維護良好且乾淨的飯店。沒有房間問題。房間沒有空調，但有風扇，窗戶可以打開。床很好，浴室像歐洲大多數浴室一樣小。會再次留在這裡。 步行即可輕鬆探索歷史和豐富的餐廳。我們唯一的遺憾是我們應該在這裡多待幾天。

上午 10.45 左右從維爾茨堡乘火車抵達，一位善良的胖女士允許入住 206 號房間。夏天不要選擇這個房間，因為它就在酒店夜間入口的正上方。冬天沒問題，幸運的是我們！房間比看起來小（22 平方公尺），兩張單人床距離很近，還有保險箱、小迷你吧、風扇、電視、附浴缸的浴室。預訂的時候早餐是16.50歐元一份，比入住時的18.50歐元便宜。我們不是吃早餐的人，所以避開了。公共區域漂亮、現代，有電梯。外觀看起來像半木結構，但它似乎是專門建造的混凝土建築。為什麼我們給它3顆星是因為寒冷的冬天沒有水壺。他們提供了一個保溫瓶，但每次保溫瓶空了都去餐廳是件苦差事！當被問及去 Dinkelsbuhl 的巴士時，那位胖乎乎的女士花了 3-4 分鐘檢查她的電腦，然後告訴我自己檢查……對於一家四星級酒店來說就這麼多了！我們找到了一輛早上 8.29 的巴士，但白等了 20 分鐘！於是花100歐元搭計程車去Dinkelsbuhl！請參閱我對丁克爾斯布爾 3 星級酒店廣場酒店的評論。這家旅館最大的優點就是它的位置，可能是距離火車站最近的飯店，步行 10 分鐘，沒有行李。如果攜帶行李，則需多加 2-3 分鐘。總的來說，我們在這家酒店的 3 晚還不錯，但對於我們為 4 星級酒店支付的價格，我們的期望更高。

A fantastic hotel, with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I stayed here as a solo traveler in early June. The room was fantastic, clean and well appointed with everything I needed and overlooked the car park/ town wall. The staff were very helpful and friendly who couldn’t be more kind to me. The breakfast was good, put together specifically for me as the hotel was quiet and didn’t need to do the full buffet for only a few guests. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was so rude to us that it compelled me to write this review. The city is beautiful. The hotel is less than average and not the place to stay in July due to lack of air conditioning. However, by far, the worst part was the extremely rude hotel staff person that came at us just for standing at one of tables outside to eat a sandwich for 5 minutes. Twice she came to tell us to throw out our trash when we were done, as if we weren’t going to. They were just so disrespectful. Stay somewhere else in the city. Everyone else was nice.

Even though you were told from the start by our staff that the terrace is reserved for a private lunch party, still you misused it to capture the tables and consume your junk food bought from outside, with a big group, literally hijacking it! What were you thinking to invade a clearly recognizable private section of our terrace, which was set up nicely with cutlery, glasses, napkins and decoration and leave your packaging and dirt behind? Is this normal to you to behave like that in a hotel restaurant - how about some decency and manners? We provide a very nice restaurant with sophisticated food and high standard of wine and cocktails, also on the lovely terrace. Be our guest and reserve a table, so we can show good service, which we are known for. If you buy junk food , eat it also on the street, dispose of your rubbish yourself and don't take advantage of hotel areas designated for a private function. Why do I have to mention this at all? We provide air-conditioned public areas, conference rooms and restaurant, as well as bel etage rooms on the 4th floor - also a big family room.
