洛斯多美洛飯店(Dormero Hotel Roth)

Eine positive Überraschung! Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass die Getränke im Zimmer kostenfrei sind. Dieser war mit Cola, Wasser, Apfelsaft und Bier ausgestattet. Natürlich haben wir uns über die Aufmerksamkeit sehr gefreut. Zudem ist der Wellnessbereich mit der kleinen Sauna, 4 Duschen und 4 Liegen klein aber fein und war ebenso schöner als vorgestellt. Das Zimmer ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Zudem hat es bequeme Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich und fand das Hotel sehr angenehm. Das einzige wo noch etwas Verbesserungspotential besteht, ist die Sauberkeit im Detail. Auch wenn es auf dem ersten Blick alles sehr sauber scheint, sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick, dass zB der Abschluss in der Dusche nicht in der Ritze gereinigt wurde, sowie auch die Regendusche. Der Boden wurde längere Zeit wohl nicht gewischt. Haben wir an unseren Socken später erkannt, mit dem Auge war dies nicht zu erkennen.😅 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Kaufland und viele Restaurants sind flussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Asiate gegenüber vom Kaufland. Günstig und lecker. ☺️ Zudem kommt man auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Im Großen und Ganzen überwiegt der positive Teil dieses Hotels. Über die kleinen Hygienemängel kann man auch hinweg sehen. Preis-Leistung-Passt hier. 👌 Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Hotel! ❤️ Danke auch an die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. 💁🏻♀️

Es war ein herrlich unkompliziertes Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitenden. Check-in easy, Getränke auf dem Zimmer kostenlos, tolles Frühstück, klasse Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeit kostenlos 30 Meter nebenan. Mein neues Hotel für Reisen nach Nürnberg.

The hotel was in a great location in this quaint town. Very clean though we found it quite austere for the price. The breakfast is great and worth the price. Very nice and kind gentleman working in the evenings. Lady working in the morning is clearly not a fan of guests - though maybe she's better with Germans and just doesn't like foreigners.

The property was very nice but had a couple quirky things. The shower had only half of a "door" and water got all over the floor. The room key must be inserted to use the lights. When you insert it, a red light comes on. You can then turn on the switch for a bright light, but you can't turn the red light off. This is not nice fofr sleeping. When I called the reception to ask how to turn of the red light, it was 11:15pm and the person just hung up on me and didn't give me an answer - odd. So I removed the key card and went to sleep. Some of the personnel was not so friendly, and also sometimes hard to find. They were however helpful about the important things. But the breakfast is great and the hotel is very nice and clean and they have nice little welcome snacks and water.

Will not go again. Unfortunately we did not experienced a great experience with their upfront payment & cancellation policies for which I can not write a positive review and for which reasons not again.

Alles gut... Das Hotel ist recht neu, attraktiv und gut ausgestattet. Sehr seltsam und unkomfortabel ist der Fernseher: kompliziert und nicht intuitiv zu bedienen, völlig unlogische Senderfolge (ZDF auf Platz 28, ARD auf 30 oder so...). Gut wie immer: Gratisdrinks in der Minibar.

The beds are very comfortable, but this is by no means a 4* hotel: - They shut down the lights in the lobby at 11 pm (--＞ you can't even sit there anymore unless you want to sit in the dark) - They only clean the rooms every 3 (!!!!) days - There is no door on the shower cabin, so when you shower, the bathroom floor gets wet - 55" TV, but about 40 German channels and the other channels are all news channels; no possibility to screen cast from phone/ use netflix/ ... - breakfast is VERY overpriced. it's not a bad breakfast, but most definitely not worth 17€ and also not worthy of a 4* hotel IMO. Labels at the breakfast buffet indicate there used to be other things there, but it seems this is no longer the case. All in all I get the feeling that this hotel lacks proper management with attention to detail. The hotel is probably not receiving as many guests as originally expected and hence service has gone down. The decoration on the wall in the lobby indicates there once was a restaurant (but probably not for long).

Sehr netter Empfang von Michelle und Ihrer Kollegin. Es wurden all unsere Wünsche bei der Reservierung berücksichtigt. Das Hotel ist wirklich cool modern. Tolles Bett, grosszügige Zimmer, tolles Design und ein grosser TV. Minibar ist gratis 👍🏼 Lustige Aufkleber mit tollen Sprüchen. Da hat die Marketingabteilung gute Arbeit geleistet. Die Dusche hat keine Türe, man setzt zwangsläufig alles unter Wasser… Frühstück ist gut. Haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auch gerne wieder.
