Komplett neues Hotel, sehr gute Betten, Toplage, sehr gut erreichbar mit S-Bahn und Tram. Warnemünde und das Meer sind nur 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, einfacher und netter check in. Großer Parkplatz gegen Gebühr
Intercity Hotel Rostock酒店坐落在Rostock市郊的主要火車站。酒店房間佈置簡單,但包含必需品。然而,空氣質量差,空調工作差,所以房間裏很熱。清潔度和預期一樣。浴室很小,裝修簡單。酒店早餐很好,種類繁多,冷熱菜品選擇都不錯,工作人員似乎不感興趣,被動地與我作爲客人見面,既缺乏微笑,也缺乏服務態度。基於此,我不能向其他人推薦這家酒店,也不會自己再次訪問。
The hotel is extremely overpriced. People at the reception are rude and incompetent. They don't even know how their payment system works! We had already paid with a credit card when two women at the reception forced us to pay again - even though we showed them that the money had been withdrawn from the account. They were convinced that the money was just ”blocked” and we had to pay at the check out... Result: we have paid twice for the same room! And they didn't even apologise when we called to clarify the situation. We are still waiting to get the money back.
We visited Rostock for the first time my wife and I. We stayed at Vienna House Sonne for 11 days. On our arrival, we met with Sonja who made us feel at home.. She met us every morning to see if all was perfect.. Indeed, everything was perfect.. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is wonderful and very well situated in the heart of Neuw Markt..! All shops and city life at a walking distance. Trams to different part of Rostock were available and the station is at 30secs walk from the hotel. Thank you Sonja H and your staff for making our stay in Rostock memorable…! ❤️❤️ Vielen Dank 🙏
Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung und Infrastruktur. Zimmer gibt es in verschiedenen Kategorien. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
We had our family Christmas here. Besides the nice design of the hotel and the clean rooms, there is nothing good about this place. The service here was unfriendly, slow, and disorganized from the start of our booking through check out. The staff seems to be mainly comprised of grumpy trainees. They also don’t seem to speak German or English very well, which understandably makes it difficult to provide good service. The painful experience started with the booking process. Our group wanted a block of 6 suites. The reservations team took 7-9 days to respond between each email, sometimes only after me following up. In the week leading up to our stay, the team was a bit more responsive, but in general they made it needlessly difficult to organize our stay with them. When we arrived, we didn’t even get a “hello” from the reception. The keys were shoved in our face and no info or help was offered (no info about breakfast, where the facilities were, no offer of help with our luggage). Except for the breakfast, the food is overpriced, the selection is not great, and taste-wise, the food was pretty bland and unmemorable. One night in da Mario, we waited 20 mins to get our leftovers packed, and we ended up just leaving as it seemed the staff had totally forgotten about us. Another night in the Brasserie, the staff seemed very annoyed to serve us - to be fair it was busy that night, but our group felt unwelcome and uncomfortable there. They’ve overpriced a lot of their food and drink; make sure to bring your own water bottles or you’ll be stuck paying 7,90€ for 0,5L water. One night we asked for two liters of water delivered to the room; the bill including service charge and tip was nearly 40€ 😄 The last little treat from their staff came today: due to illness, we needed to late cancel two of our spa reservations. When we canceled, the spa generously offered to let us cancel free of charge. However, after we left, their team emailed us to let us know nevermind, we would have to pay after all.
訪訪客用戶h habe lange überlegt etwas zu schreiben. Nachdem ich 8 Jahre nicht in dem Hotel war, hatte ich mich riesig gefreut auf unseren 4- tägigen Aufenthalt mit lieben Menschen, um einen runden Geburtstag zu feiern. Es war auch alles sehr schön, das Personal hat wirklich alles gegeben. Dennoch gibt es etwas, was mich sehr erstaunt und auch etwas enttäuscht hat. 2016 hat uns vor allem das Frühstücksbufett vom Hocker gehauen. Allein wie es präsentiert wurde, die Auswahl, die Qualität, das hatte wirklich 5-Sterne-Niveau. Davon war jedoch nicht mehr soviel übrig. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, natürlich war es reichhaltig, aber es war kein Vergleich von vor 8 Jahren! So ein Frühstück bekomme ich auch in einem anderen Hotel, welches vielleicht nur 3 Sterne hat, ohne den Sekt. Wo war der tolle Kelch mit dem Eis, wo der Sekt angeboten worden war, statt dessen lagerte er in einem Kühlautomat. Einen Stand mit frischem Lachs sowie einem, wo Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden, gab es auch nicht mehr wie sovieles andere, es war einfach auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Liegt das am neuen Besitzer? Teurer war natürlich auch alles. Man kann doch nicht alles dauernd teurer machen und alles zusammenstreichen, was das Hotel so besonders gemacht hat. Der Service war 1a, das will ich nochmal herausheben. Schade um das schöne Frühstücksbufett, welches nun nichts Besonderes mehr ist. Viele Grüße.
