Very clean, friendly, horrid bed and furniture. A handicapped room should not have a foam rubber mattress on a board 6 inches above the ground. We choose Marriotts for their comfort and consistency. Never in a million years did I expect to get this bed. The couch was even mounted on a wide board!

We had two nights in this hotel. It was chosen specifically because it served dinner in the evening to guests. The location sets the hotel in a light industrial and office park, so there weren't easy dinner choices. When we got there, we discovered that the hotel was under-going extensive remodeling and about half of it was closed. The workers were onsite until late so there was noise and dust. Many services were also unavailable during that time, including the evening dinner. At that point, it was too late to change where we stayed. The construction equipment also took up half the parking. It's out front and would have been adequate except for the places lost and the construction debris. The hotel should have closed during the work. There was no price break due to the inconvenience either. The manager worked out an arrangement for dinner for the one who was staying in, as the other had an engagement that evening and needed the vehicle. She tried hard, but we were disappointed. Because of the mess, we did not take pictures.

Unbelievably bad experience for a hotel with the Marriott name. Under construction, which we were warned about. But we were told the hot tub was working. It wasn't. This was actually the reason we picked this hotel over others. No room service. We stayed two nights and were provided a single regular coffee for our room. No extra cups. Yes, you can continually ask for more things, but what hotel operates that way? The door entry to the side of the building didn't work, so every time we went out to the car we had to circle back to the main entrance. There was no tub, which is unusual and doesn't fit our needs. The "desk" is right in front of the tv so it's impossible to have one person at the desk and another watching TV. The door to the shower didn't close all the way so water ended up on the floor.

The remodel was very nice. Clean room. Staff was excellent A few complaints. Had room right next to the ice machine room which was very loud the entire night. Room only stocked with decaf coffee. And the streaming options for the tv did not work.

Staff was very nice. Pool was very cold, we couldn’t swim in it. There were some kids in it who had blue lips. I asked about it at the front desk and was told it was 80 degrees. Not even close. We were so looking forward to the hot tub and it was a huge let down. It was hot and a tub but that was it. No bubbles. No matter where you set the timer to, it didn’t make any bubbles. Room appeared clean until I spilled something by the bathroom and when I cleaned it up the washcloth was filthy.

VERY friendly check-in lady. When we asked why no water, she gave us 2 bottles (that would cost $4.50 ea)! Horrible configuration of room. Bed at 90 degree to TV so you get a sore neck watching. Almost no drawers and very hard to find. TV not compatible with Fire Stick or screen sharing (WHY? Marriott....none of yours are) Nice fitness and pool area. No central light switch. You have to go around turning off and on each lamp. Lots of outlets. At checkout, person looked like she slept there. No uniform, no name tag, disheveled look, never said "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying" or "travel safe". It was as if we woke her up. Not rude but not friendly. Location is good for us but we might look for another option next time we visit family there

Hot shower, comfortable beds, very friendly and professional staff. What more would you need.

Very modern, updated hotel! Service was great. Cleanliness was exceptional! We enjoyed our stay.

The gym had only cardio equipment or an incomplete array of free weights. The breakfast offered was for outrageous prices. The rooms were Spartan, at best, with no in-room safe. The colors were depressing.
