「酒店看出去的夜景還是蠻不錯的，讓我感到意外，整體來説，對得起他這個價位，甚至想多住一晚 讓我不滿的是退房時發生的插曲，退房時查房説我喝了mini bar的飲料，事實是並沒有，雖然最後沒有收錢，但是耽誤了約15分鐘，酒店前台也表示了歉意 附上窗外夜景」

「I had an amazing stay at The Marmara Taksim Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Taksim Square with stunning views of the Bosphorus and the city. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the comforts you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, served in a beautiful setting. The hotel’s amenities, including the gym, spa, and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing escape in the middle of the vibrant city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Marmara Taksim to anyone visiting Istanbul.」

「The hotel has a good location, but overall it does not feel like a 4-star property – more like a 2-star by US or Asian standards. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes not providing shower gel, only shampoo, and just one towel for two people. The room was quite dusty, especially the air conditioner, which made the stay less comfortable. On the positive side, the night receptionist was very helpful, polite, and spoke good English, which was appreciated. The pool was open and had a nice view, although the sauna was out of order. Drinks at the hotel are quite overpriced. Overall, while the location is convenient, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and service to match its advertised rating. P.s rooms are very dark,no day light as shown on my photos,unless you swith on the lights.」
