「I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star」

「房間對一個人來說足夠寬敞。浴室很小，淋浴是固定的，水壓也比較弱。 我原本在五樓住了一周，但由於酒店的原因，後半段不得不換房。換到三樓的房間後，淋浴的水壓就沒問題了。 考慮到前台工作人員在換房問題上的態度，以及我明明在入住時間到達卻等了30分鐘房間才准備好，對於一家泰姬酒店來說，這樣的體驗實在令人失望。不過，早餐區的工作人員和入口處的保全都很友善，讓人感到安心。 每天早上早餐區播放的笛聲都很優美。客房服務員總是慷慨地補充飲用水和盥洗用品，這非常貼心。 飯店位置安全，很容易找到，步行5分鐘左右就能到一家超市。」

「吃的很不錯，選擇很多。 環境也很不錯。整體很滿意。 就是一點比較奇怪，住的616房間裏面還有個打不開的門，能聽到裏面房間裏在放着音樂， 晚上的時候總感覺很奇怪。 酒店就在主幹道邊上，很早的時候就要車輛的聲音。 不過這些都是小瑕疵,所以扣去0.5分。」

「Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in which we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.」

「這是我第二次入住這家酒店，地理位置優越，交通便利，但取決於您的旅行時間。 早上8點的航班，需要提早退房前往機場。 飯店早餐7點開始供應，所以8點到9點半的航班，您無法享用早餐，因為您至少需要40分鐘到一個小時才能到達機場。 至於房間，我覺得還不錯。」

「A decent property well placed in city. The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning. Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests. B/fast was sumptuous and tasty. Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped. Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.」

「Stayed for 2 nights wit family. Exterior all clean & nice. Rooms good but the apartment floor is so sticky & oily. Don’t feel like walking barefoot. The balcony was so dirty. U def need to wear slippers! Swimming area was clean. But it’s far for shopping like in T.nagar & airport. Need to travel which I hate.」

「I was a bit agitated entering the hotel as there were neither welcoming greetings nor any indication where the reception located. There were each person standing at two different tables ( not the obvious set-ups you’ll find in other hotels) and we assumed that could be the one and approached one of them. Apart from that, we did not encounter any other issues. Food: It was a bit disappointing since greem park is known delicious breakfast and other meals. The chatnis were not up to the usual taste abd were bitter. Nevertheless, I will surely stay at Green Park again to give another go.」
