羅馬哈爾定製套房飯店(The H'All Tailor Suite Roma)

Basic hotel in a good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves need to be maintained to a higher standard.

Definetely bot a 5* experience. Hotel is very dated, room was dusty and dirty, wooden floor had cracks that spoiled my falke socks. Shower room was very very cold, and took ages to run hot water - about 15 minute wait while hot water will come out. Drinking water was not provided, and there was no night bar to buy it as well. Our window was looking at kitchen vents - they were noisy all night, and cooking fumes filled the room. Would not recommend, especially at this rate and 5* rating.

E' stata assolutamente una piacevolissima sorpresa anche per me e per noi che a Roma ci andiamo da una vita....Un cinque stelle che le merita tutte e con una accoglienza e cura dell'ospite davvero a 360gradi. Anche il concetto della colazione a la Carte ci è piaciuto molto perchè vediamo di solito una valanga di spreco inutile. Ci rivedremodi certo.

Honestly, H'All is not a 5 star hotel. I can't imagine whom have given them their stars, - only thing I can say is that the only 5 star thing was Sylvia in the reception. Rest: not even close. Apart from that it's an absolutely acceptable hotel, in a very nice area.

The property was a bit smaller than expected. And a little further away from the main city centre than we wanted but it was nice to get away from all the action. Would have been nicer to have a bigger lobby or some more hang out spaces other than the room. Food was delicious.

Staff seem to try to get extra money from me for every little thing. We checked into our room and get a call immediately saying it would be extra 80 euros cause they didn’t know my wife was staying in the room. In the room there was 2 humidifiers to try to mask the humidity in the air. We honestly checked out 15 minutes later, stayed at a 3 star which was much better.

Increíble hotel con maravillosa ubicación en el corazón de Roma. El equipo del hotel siempre atentos a cualquier petición de los huespedes y muy buena atención en todo momento. Muy recomendable hotel y seguramente cuando vuelva a Roma me hospedare en este hotel.

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend - bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen. Anregungen wurden sofort aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
