We are glad you appreciated our location near Termini, but we are sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay were disappointing.Regarding the layout, many of our facilities are indeed spread across different buildings in the same area. We find this usually helps separate the high-energy social spaces from the sleeping areas, but we understand it can be a surprise if you prefer everything under one roof. We also apologise for the issue with the bathroom; as we are in a historic part of the city, the plumbing can occasionally be temperamental. Our maintenance team is always on hand to address these smells immediately when reported to our 24/7 reception.We are particularly concerned to hear that you found our staff "cold," as we pride ourselves on being a welcoming community. We would really like to look into this further to see where we can improve our service. It's true, our quadruple rooms are cozy, but they've got everything you need, including a private bathroom.And while you're right that there aren't any supermarkets right next door, there's actually a great one just a 10-minute walk away! It's perfect for stocking up on snacks and drinks. Of course, with all the amazing restaurants around, who needs to cook? 😉We're also happy you enjoyed our casual public area and the Yellow Bar across the street.
