白色梵蒂岡飯店(White Vatican)

The location is not clear The check in in one place and they send us to a room in another building It was 600 meter away It was really really bad And noisy

L'emplacement est parfait : a proximité du Vatican, tout peut se faire à pied ou en transports. La chambre est belle et spacieuse. On peut facilement se garer a proximité. Mais la réception se fait a 10 minutes de l'endroit, dans un autre immeuble. Pas de cuisine. La salle de bains est vetuste, la porte de la douche est a moitié cassée et remplacée par un rideau. Une latte au pied d'un des lits est cassée. Les couvertures sont fournies sans housse et tachées. J'ai informé la réception via l'application, qui ne m'a pas répondu. Plus qu'un hôtel, c'est un appartement au rabais sans cuisine.

This is not a Hotel, is a floor in a building that rents room. I was send to another guess house 5 minutes away. The bathroom was not in the room. The main door lock was damaged it took about an hour to be fixed. There was only one outlet to far from the bed and no chair to sit. Main shower head would not work and the shower cristal door was dangerous faulty.

Not a hotel but they bring you to a separate apartment. No wifi, no blanket (sheets, pillow and towels included), no daily cleaning, not vacuumed, no microwave, no hot water until evenings, and neighbours were smoking. Air conditioner and tv worked and close to metro and Vatican.

Luz del cuarto no encendió, el escape del agua de la bañera se inundaba, la tetera sucia por dentro, lampara rota, la sabana de arrop**** una y super fina, reserve en el White Vatican y me enviaron para otro lado a 8 minutos, el agua o salia fria o caliente no habia terminos medios, habitacion muy pequeña y puerta del baño chocaba y no abria completa, y el televisor nunca tuvo señal, escribi y nunca contestaron no fue lo que reserve en fin

This by far has to be one of the worst hotels they check you in at a location 7 or 10 blocks away from where they actually put you The description of the rooms are all lies their filthy the shower curtain literally was cut in half horizontally the mattresses were disgusting and stained there was bugs and mold everywhere the keys did not work in the lock I do not recommend this hotel too anyone please be careful when booking it's a scam

Es un establecimiento con publicidad engañosa, ya que no es un hotel, sino apartamentos que carecen de recepción ( solo algunas horas) limpieza, servicio al cuarto, toallas, jabón, papel sanitario etc. Debería especificar que no se trata de un hotel sino de un aírbnb

First we arrive and there was nobody in the reception. We found a note with a new address and some keys. We went to the address and had to carry all the luggage 3 block away from the location. We got to the room and it was disgusting. The AC was not working, the towels had holes, the bathroom had fungus and there was white powder in the desk. I call the manage and he didn't answer. So we had to stay the night because it was already 12 midnight. We went to a meeting in the morning and after that I went to the reception and told them about the room. We tried to contact the property manager both the receptionist Federico and me and he didn't answer. I went and got another hotel cheaper then that one and much nicer 2 block from there and turn in the room to the receptionist telling them I want a refund for my room. They of course denied refund. Please dont book this place for your own peace of mind and health because its not sanatize and you wont get help from the owner.
