德勒納澤歐尼飯店(Hotel Delle Nazioni)

Hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Lady on reception was particularly helpful and pleasant. Room was nice with comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge, however shower was not.. Shower water was mostly Luke warm, could not get it hot enough., Breakfast was average, but sufficient and filled our tummies for the start of the day. They use cordial for juice though and our second morning, ‘juice’ tasted like water! City tax of €7.50 per adult per night is payable on departure.,

I had such a great time in Rome. The service I received was wonderful. My room was always clean and warm. I came alone and the room was a double so two people could have easily stayed in my room comfortably. The hotel staff were helpful and they answered all my questions. The location was fantastic and it was easy to find. I only had coffee at the bar so I can't comment on the restaurant food. I did have breakfast everyday with my 3-day stay which was good, there was a wide range.

La ubicación es excelente, tan solo a unos metros de la Fontana de Trevi, el personal muy amable, te soluciona cualquier necesidad que tengas. Solo sugeriría dar mantenimiento al lugar para que se sienta impecable pues hace algunos años me había hospedado aquí mismo y las instalaciones eran las mejores. Las camas siguen siendo muy cómodas.

The room was small, the bathroom shower was horrible and way to small. The pictures on the website did not match what I booked. I asked for upgrade, and I was not accommodated. The hotel made our stay in Rome not so pleasant. The TV was not a Smart TV so there was no way to have the TV translate in English to watch the TV. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel ever.

트레비분수 골목에 위치해 밤 늦게 까지 사람들이 많아 주변 치안은 제법 안전한 편이었고 관광지 까지의 거리도 10분 내외로 편리했다. 호텔앞에 택시 승강장이 있어 택시를 잡기도 어렵지 않았다. 하지만 로마의 호텔들이 모두 비싸다고 해서 가격이 합리적인지는 잘 모르겠다.

Loved our stay! Very clean, well appointed. Staff was warm, friendly and always willing to help. Loved - LOVED the location! Can hear road noise but you are in the heart of Rome so it is expected.

The hotel was ideally located, around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, 10 minute walk to the Pantheon, and 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants, shops, and Roman charm in between! The rooms are amply outfitted with everything you need and plenty of space for luggage. The amenities are lovely: a rooftop deck (they don’t serve food/drink up there, but we brought up cocktails one night and sandwiches we’d bought for lunch another day). Also an ample gym (unfortunately we couldn’t find time to use it). The staff was great before we arrived in helping us arrange transport from the airport as well as a dinner reservation (all via email), but they were less pleasant in person. I asked for some extra towels to help soak up water from a leak in our shower which were never delivered. Also, front desk staff was a bit dismissive when I asked questions about making further dinner reservations or requested an additional room key. Overall, our stay was lovely.
