樂精品飯店(Le Boutique Hotel)

Classificato come boutique hotel 4 stelle ho trovato la struttura di un livello estremamente scarso . Come copriletto avevamo un leggerissimo piumino estivo per cui ho deciso di mettere sopra una delle due coperte che ho trovato nell armadio ma una volta aperta era completamente sporca , pertanto sono andata dalla signorina al desk che pur telefonando al proprietario ha appurato che non c era disponibilità di una coperta più pesante nella struttura e mi ha fornito un pile per letto singolo . Il lavandino non scaricava e rimaneva l acqua.Per concludere sul tavolo della saletta colazione la marmellata di fragole scaduta da un anno ( mi ha incuriosito il colore marrone della marmellata di fragole). In tutto ciò segnalo due cose estremamente positive l educazione del ragazzo delle colazioni e l ampiezza della camera . Sistema di riscaldamento rumoroso tanto che l abbiamo spento ….visto che tanto avevamo coperte pesanti tanto per ridere . Non è sicuramente una struttura a 4 stelle ma le criticità rilevate non sono ammissibili neanche ad una struttura ad una stella

The hotel is very discreet, which is fine but not extra easy to find. When we got into our room it was filled with ants and mosquitoes. It was put on the first floor so you can smell garden which would most likely cause this. I asked the receptionist to put on the 2nd floor due to that, he stated they didn’t have anything available (although it was only 2 weekdays). He put us in another garden room, filled with mosquitoes! I got at least 10-15 mosquito bites. I told the receptionist the next day and they did nothing about it. So much for celebrating my birthday and 5 year anniversary. Did not enjoy my stay at and it was extremely uncomfortable. Sad because this hotel has a great potential.

The room was tiny, nowhere to put bags or move around, the wifi did not work, had to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs, hot tub had no water in the suite I paid extra money for. Phone to call reception did not work. Would never stay here again I can NOT believe it has 4 stars.

Hotel situato direttamente su piazza San Pietro. Noi avevamo la suite con vista sulla Basilica di San Pietro . Camere eccellenti,letto enorme king size. Bagno ampio e lussuoso con ampia cabina doccia con quasi una stanza a se! Finiture di lusso ,sicurissimo con una camionetta dell' esercito fissa davanti all entrata dell' hotel. Fantastico posto.

The property is not what it shows in the pictures. The hotel is tiny, everything about it is small. The person who helped us had no initiative, no customer service skills, no knowledge. All of the people in the front desk were mainly lacking that. They don’t take American Express, something they never mentioned before. I provided this card when I checked in, they took the card and put it “on file” but when I checked out and attempted to pay, it wasn’t working. The front desk called his manager and was told they don’t take Amex. This is irresponsible, what if someone doesn’t count on another payment method?!! There are NO amenities in this place. It’s not a HOTEL it is like a Hostal pretty much. The ONLY good thing is that it’s close to the Vatican. I wouldn’t come back nor recommend this place.

Ho passato un bellissimo soggiorno di tre notti con il mio compagno nella camera standard. Abbiamo usufruito dei seguenti servizi: Lavanderia Stiratura Servizio in camera E un bellissimo tour guidato al Vaticano con guida privata, che effettivamente si trova a due passi dall’hotel. Personale gentile e cordiale. Unica nota negativa: soggiorno troppo breve! Sicuramente torneremo😍

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo bellissimo hotel. Posizione centralissima e molto comoda per poter raggiungere e visitare i musei Vaticani e Piazza San Pietro. La stanza era molto pulita e ben arredata, per non parlare della bellissima vista sul "cupolone". Colazione ottima! Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte per un mini week end con la mia bambina. Personale gentile e professionale, ottima colazione e buona posizione. Non sono però assolutamente soddisfatta del rapporto qualità prezzo, non penso sia equo far pagare una stanza 260 euro a notte per dover pagare a parte la colazione ( che al momento di pagare per fortuna non mi hanno fatto pagare 30 euro come inizialmente chiesto poiché resisi conto che una delle due persone era una bambina di 7 anni) . Inoltre prima di prenotare ho guardato le foto dell’albergo dalle quali sembrerebbe ci sia la vista “ Cupolone” dalle stanze. Capisco che non tutte possano avere la stessa vista ma 260 euro per avere vista fronte motore della pompa di calore non è stato il massimo del fascino ( stanza 101). Mi dispiace dover scrivere queste cose perché il personale è gentile e professionale ma ritengo che il rapporto qualità prezzo andrebbe rivisto.
