Our suite in Unicum Roma Suites was really impressive in terms of cleanliness, space, facilities, furniture and room features ( adjustable shaded window, lighting system, electrical sockets availability, wardrobe, ….,etc.). The room looks very neat and new and the view is so peaceful. Also, it was so fun the instructions given to us for the check-in; a very innovative way leading us to the key to our room and breakfast places. The host is very responsive to any request, he is so kind and ready to help and open for all comments. Also, he provided a very luxurious and convenient transportation to the airport at a good price. Our stay was convenient , calm and happy. Thanks a lot Unicum Roma Suites team for your service , we loved staying at yours.

Camera molto curata, arredamento moderno e di facile raggiungimento. Davide persona molto disponibile e gentile, avevo delle necessità particolari ai fini lavorativi ed è stato gentilissimo per venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Consiglio vivamente

Un ringraziamento a Davide per la sua disponibilità e soprattutto, anche non esserci fisicamente (tutto online il check-in), è stato presente virtualmente… molto attento ai dettagli e sempre reperibile telefonicamente. Grazie al suo staff, che appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con calore e amore, dandoci tutte le informazioni come e dove spostarsi con la macchina… Camera pulita e molto accogliente… Grazie di tutto, se ci sarà un’altra occasione per venire a Roma, sicuramente andremo da Unicum… Ahh dimenticavo, a pochi menti c’è la colazione che è la fine del mondo, tutto compreso ovviamente.. GRAZIE❤️

I loved this place! From the moment we arrived . Lovely sunny room with beautiful view. It is about 20 minute from city centre but number 8 bus will take you straight there. We loved leaving the hustle and bustle of Rome centre and getting back to sit on our balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet and honeysuckle aroma that filled our room.. beautifully designed this B&B will not disappoint. . Gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed.. Davide was so helpful. always a speedy reply to our text. He gave us lots of tips and advice and booked our taxi when we left. Love this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return..

Tutto ottimamente perfetto! Camera ben arredata, confortevole e pulita. Bagno top! Gestione della prenotazione, check in e accesso alla struttura tutto a distanza, ma tutto davvero ben organizzato e funzionante. Istruzioni chiarissime e puntuali. Gestore sempre a disposizione a qualsiasi orario e per qualsiasi esigenza. Colazione non male al bar di fianco. Consigliato per un pernotto mordi e fuggi, ma anche per qualche giorno in più. Grazie!

Profumo di pulito appena si entra nell'appartamento e nella camera. Silenzio della struttura. Camera ordinata. Balconcino con bel panorama. Colazione ottima al Dream's world caffè a 3 minuti a piedi. Comunicazione con il personale veloce ed efficace anche all'alba! Buon collegamento tramite bus e tram. Self check-in apprezzato.

We had asked if it were possible to check in early and was told that the previous clients were not leaving until check out at 10 am. Our room was ready by 11 am and Davide even offered to upgrade us to a slightly bigger room, but no balcony. Fine by us! There was a bit of a communication barrier, especially with the cleaning lady but Davide was very accommodating. Our stay was pleasant and the room was lovely. It was cleaned every day. They gave us a total of about 7 EUR 3 vouchers to use at the "bar" downstairs for breakfast, which was convenient throughout the weekdays. The location of the B&B is a bit sketch and pretty far from everything. There's bus stops within walking distance to it so that was lovely.
