Dit hotel ligt op een hele fijne plaats in het centrum. Vanuit hier kun je met een (flinke) wandeling alle mooie plekjes van Rome ontdekken. De mensen die in het hotel werken zijn ook super vriendelijk en we hadden een super schone en fijne kamer. Top plaats voor een city trip in Rome!

Ho prenotato questo hotel a novembre per le vacanze di Pasqua, dal 7 aprile al 9. Ieri, 5 aprile mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione per overbooking. Già pagato treni, musei Vaticani, Colosseo.....complimenti per l'attenzione verso il cliente. Naturalmente neanche un messaggio di scuse......senza parole. Sicuramente legalmente lo possono fare, ma la professionalità e la correttezza vs le persone dovrebbe essere fondamentale vs i clienti.

We booked the room through *********** and we’re shown complexity different photos of the room to what we actually got! The room was much smaller than advertised and the decor was completely different so we were very disappointed. The bathroom was tiny with a very small shower cubicle that was difficult to get in and out of. The cubicle doors didn’t close properly so the floor around the shower was soaked after a shower. The WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom, when we spoke to reception we were told “well it works for me”. The safe didn’t work so we carried our passports with us the whole trip. the balcony was tiny and looked over residents balcony, we didn’t use it. The building didn’t seem that secure, you couldn’t lock your room from the inside which for two female travellers made us feel unsafe. You could hear every apartment around you which was very noisy and every-time someone came in to the building it sounded like they were trying to enter our room. We did not sleep well. TV also didn’t work. The only positives for the place was the location, which was very good with a short walk to the Trevi fountain and the sheets and towels were clean. If that hadn’t have been the case we would have tried to find somewhere else to stay. Do not stay here if you are expecting luxury!!

highly recommended , very good location close to all touristic locations , spacious room with nice bathroom , clean and very good service friendly treatment , would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends

A fuir absolument !! 2 heures avant notre arrivée ils ont voulu modifier notre réservation (modification du nombre de chambres 3 réservées, deux seulement de disponibles dont une avec 2 lits doubles), sans nous donner plus de détails. Ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner accès aux chambres de substitution ni même m'en communiquer les photos pour que nous puissions accepter ou non leur offre. Il n'y a personne sur site, tout se fait en ligne et ils ne répondent pas au téléphone (ils prétendaient que j'appelais le mauvais numéro !... alors qu'il est écrit sur la façade, juste à l'entrée...). Je suis resté avec mes enfants dans la rue sans pouvoir communiquer avec eux, j'ai juste pu avoir qques messages via le chat de ***********, avec un temps de réactivité très lent, tout à fait indigne, 10 à 15 mn entre chaque message... Lorsque je leur ai demandé d'annuler ma réservation ils ont cessé de me répondre, purement et simplement ! Le lendemain j'ai constaté qu'ils avaient prélevé 100% de la somme du séjour (alors que si j'annulais moi, ils ne devaient prendre que 50%, et 0% si l'annulation était de leur fait, ce qui est le cas...) Depuis, ils ne me répondent plus ... ! Je vous laisser juger de l'honnêteté de ces personnes...

Struttura da non contattare MAI. Abbiamo prenotato 3 notti e 2 ore prima del nostro arrivo la camera aveva problemi, abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra struttura rimanendo in strada per ore, senza alcun aiuto da parte della struttura. Scandalosi e non corretti da evitare!
