特里盧薩特拉斯特維雷皇家套房飯店(Trastevere Royal Suite Trilussa)

Habitación preciosa muy limpia y atención fantástica , todo cerca y vistas espectaculares .sitios para cenar y tom**** algo en zona Tratevere . Cerca de todo a 15 minutos de todos los monumentos importantes se puede ir andando .Lo recomiendo y volveré sin duda

The room was very comfortable, although it did open directly onto the small entrance/reception/kitchen area of the property. This meant that any staff or guests there could see directly into the room and bathroom whenever the door was opened. The location is great. Right at the end of Ponte Sisto so easy access to places like Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc, on Google bus routes for places like Vatican and, of course, right in the centre of Trastevere.

Position is great, room is fine also the staff is nice but is very very noisy. Was impossible to sleep: weekend people are standing, chatting drinking till very late downstairs. Weekdays still cars, scooters, police, ambulance and early morning street cleaning service is a way too loud. The picture attached was taken 7:00 in the morning street is already busy. The owner should improve isolation with better windows.

Slightly dissapointed with our accommodation. The housekeeping was very poor we stayed for 5 nights it was extremely hot 36 degrees and there was no change of our bed linen. The hotel advise they change bed linen after 3 days ? The housekeeper was very sullen and couldn't even mutter a good morning on one occasion we left for 5 minutes to purchase a croissant on our return the door was locked from the inside. This accommodation is very noisy with the outside traffic and the partying from the surrounding bars and restaurants.

Ok rom, sentral beliggenhet.

The young man who checked us in, was extremely accomadating. He anserwed all our questions to ensure we had a pleasent stay. Yes - it's noisy, but the trade off is, you're in the most exciting part of Rome for restaurants and cobble stone streets.

The facilities were 1st class but there were issues about the check in process with staff not being on site at the time advised which lost us vital time by wasting half a morning. Out of a 3 day trip this becomes more than disappointing.

It was a beautiful room, very clean and really comfortable bed. And an excellent location.

Pay attention to recent negative comments and find somewhere else. Worst customer service experience ever. Do you need something? You won't find anyone to even ask your questions. I'm not even talking about the noise etc. Customer service alone is enough to stay away from here. Don't ruin your vacation by book from here. Many nice hotels around Trastevere.
