利露姆飯店(Liliumhotel)

O hotel Lilium é excelente! Em primeiro lugar, não posso deixar de elogiar a equipe de Staff principalmente Prieto que nos ajudou a resolver um problema com nossas bagagens e fez tudo que pode para nos auxiliar. O hotel fica no terceiro andar de um prédio (se atente na porta de entrada do prédio), você sobe por um elevador antigo, o local é bem aconchegante com a decoração vintage. O local é muito cheiroso e limpo, o quarto é bem pequeno (padrão de Roma) e o banheiro muito funcional e com todos itens funcionando muito bem, principalmente o chuveiro aquecido. A localização e ótima, próxima a restaurantes, pizzarias, estação de metrô e da pra ir a pé para vários pontos turísticos. Só tenho elogios ao local.

Fantastisk lite hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet, gangavstand til «alt». Artig plassering i 3. etg. i en bygning som ellers besto av leiligheter. De ansatte var utrolig hyggelige, en blid og personlig behandling av oss, så vi følte at de alltid på plass og klare til å hjelpe til om det trengtes. Rommet var ikke stort, men koselig, og med en liten balkong med masse blomster. Anbefales absolutt!

I don't know who submitted all the positive reviews for this hotel. But here is mine experience with it. The hotel is impossible to find due to the lack of any visible signs outside the building . GPS took me to the right building with no problem. Then I spent about an hour circling around trying to ifentify a hotel/ hotel entry. I've got eventually assistance from a lady in the near shop, she walked me to the right port. I noticed that there is no sign saying it's a hotel there. She pointed to a small sign in black color with black letters. The sign was "lost" among many others and was barely readable even stsnding next to it. When I've got inside the yard I still couldn't orient myself on what direction to move as the guidance was in Italian only. I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to ask. When I finally arrived to the reception I noticed to the owner that it was difficult to find the place. He didn't express even a smallest interest to the matter. Next - for some reason he took a copy of my passport (!) What for?! Showing it would be certainly enough. He also made me to sign some paper, explaining that this is to confirm that hotel won't use information in my pass for any other purposes than check-in... I haven't got back anything on the matter signed by them, not a copy of this document. Basically, I have signed document confirming that some third party won't use my ID for anything. Unfortunately, I was too tired to deal with it at the desk, I asked twice what is it he wants me to sign, and he clearly was giving me explanation without any sense in it. The passport is a property of a country it was issued in. The hotels are not eligible to require it. Taking copy of it is illegal. He also charged me additional fees which I was not aware of (tourist tax). Don't know what's that, haven't investigate it yet. I got receip which did not spesify what the payment was about. The bed in the room was very small, I couldn't have proper sleep on it as there were no place. I didn't know such beds still exist. I am 170 cm and 57 kg, but I still find offering such beds is a torture. It was blowing from a window, so that I moved the bad closer to the door. That was a solution at least. Maybe not an issue on summer, when it's hot outside. A couple of weeks prior to arrival I sent an email to the reception with a question. I got an empty email back as an answer. Definitely never again.

Hotel in zona tranquilla ma vicino a Termini. Camera un po' piccola ma con grazioso balconcino. Bagno cieco con qualche ritorno di cattivo odore. Colazione limitata ma in contesto piacevole. Da rivedere rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ho pernottato in questa struttura in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro, la struttura in stile liberty è molto carina, palazzo in generale un discreto stato in centro. Purtroppo le camere sono molto obsolete e i bagni pure. Dimensioni a parte, che potrebbero essere accettabili se l’arredo fosse gestito meglio, i bagni appaiono veramente datati. Peccato non abbiano ripristinato il servizio della colazione: c’è una graziosa saletta dove per gentile concessione mi hanno offerto caffè e cornetto. Ottime possibilità ma c’è un po’ di strada ancora da fare

Me and my friend had an amazing stay at this hotel! After weeks in hostels- this was just heaven! Beatifully interior design, nice beds, nice shower, our room had a beautiful balcony. Special thanks to Simone who was just so sweet and great at her job! Hope to come back.

Stayed here with my husband over Valentine’s weekend and it was lovely. It’s in a lovely location, not too far from the centre and easy walking distance for the Trevi Fountains, Coloseum, The Spanish Steps and the Vatican (around an hour walk) The main entrance is hard to find, but once you know where it is, you’re fine. You can take the lift to the actual hotel entrance, but it looks a bit dated, so we didn’t use it. Hotel is super clean, staff are lovely and nothing is a problem. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
