不推薦。房間不大，服務一般，早餐一般，周邊環境一般，屋頂餐廳也不是米其林了，非常不推薦，性價比不好。

I had problem with the air condition during all my stay they came three times to fix it but no solution!

What a wonderful stay!
Rooms are spacious and have wonderful bathrooms! Service was nice, from bell hop to front desk, to the turn down service - everything was wonderful.
Even in the winter season the sky bar was our favorite part!
Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but it will do.
Amazing restaurant on location for dinner!

Construction in hotel is noisy. It starts at 8:15 am and continues all day. No notice given on their web site or confirmation.
Computer controlled HVAC kept turning off my room.

Stayed here twice before this visit, but never again. We had two Prestige rooms and the heating air conditioning didn't work in either and wasn't fixed. The walls were thin and it sounded like the guests next door were in your room.
Also I feel charging 20 euros for a side portion of fries with a 20 euro service charge for room service is actually ripping people off.
For what they charge i'm sure there are now many better options available

La camera era “vecchia “ ma il personale molto gentile ce l’ha cambiata con una al IV piano dove ci sono le camere ristrutturate, molto più confortevole e come me la sarei aspettata… purtroppo era ghiacciata perché il riscaldamento non funzionava, hanno mandato prontamente il tecnico che ha sistemato. Nel bagno però il termosifone non si è mai acceso, e gl accappatoi sono rimasti umidi per 2 gg… in pratica abbiamo fatto da collaudatori…piccole cose che però non dovrebbero succedere in un hotel a 5 stelle
