Room: The room is quite small with limited space to move around, which doesn’t justify the nearly $200 SGD price. The pool view is minimal, the sofa chair looks worn out with gum stains, and the toilet bidet sprayer was broken but replaced promptly after contacting the front desk. Room white wall has a yellowish tint.
Location: The resort is quiet and suitable for those seeking a peaceful environment. It offers a beachfront view, but the sunset is partially blocked by a small island. Although the booking was for three people, only two towels were provided initially. An additional towel was given after the housekeeping staff confirmed with the front desk, despite an initial mention of a possible charge. Ice is available but costs RM10.
Breakfast: Average at best
Staff: Very friendly and helpful.
Overall, The hotel’s maintenance requires improvement.

Unfair and Poorly Managed Breakfast Seating Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast at this hotel. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 AM, but there were no staff members present to guide or seat guests. The lack of basic organization created confusion for everyone.
I saw an available table with no sign or indication that it was reserved, so I assumed it was open. After I got my food and was about to sit down, a female staff member suddenly rushed over to stop me and told me the seat was reserved. This was both embarrassing and frustrating, especially since there was no sign placed on the table to indicate any reservation.
To make things worse, about 10 minutes later, another guest arrived and was allowed to sit at that same “reserved” table — even though they were not the original reserved guests. This clearly showed that the table was not truly reserved, but rather that the hotel was trying to push early guests like us to sit at less convenient tables further from the buffet.
This practice completely goes against the principles of a buffet and the idea of first-come, first-served. It felt unfair that early-arriving guests were treated poorly while later arrivals were given better seating.
We spoke with the supervisor, and they admitted that it was indeed a mistake on their part. However, the damage was already done, and the experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
This hotel seriously needs to improve how it manages breakfast seating and treat all guests — regardless of arrival time or group size — with fairness and courtesy.

Had a great stay, enjoyed the private beach and pool with great party music and breakfast was bomb!! Asian, vegetarian, Chinese and kinda missing it. Shout-out to Chef Sabri, Chef Hafiz, Wan from the F&B team and the night shack by the pool guys for great hospitality. Will definitely come again 💕

Клевый отель, необычный!
Народу было совсем не много, много свободных лежаков на любой вкус, вечером свой Dj, работает подсветка, интересно было бы оказаться в сезон на какой-нибудь вечеринке.
Потрясающий инфинити бассейн, на завтрак шампанское, красная рыбка.
В номере есть всё необходимое, но почему то для 4* предусмотрено только одно большое полотенце, поэтому снизил рейтинг за сервис.
