I’d really like to give this new hotel a full 5 stars, and with a few improvements, it absolutely could get there. First, I want to commend the staff for their outstanding service. In the lead-up to our stay, they were proactive and attentive—checking in on our arrival time and offering to organize a transfer. During our stay, they remained consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a block away from the hustle and bustle of the Trevi Fountain, yet tucked away on a quieter street surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The décor is clean, modern, and comfortable, making for a pleasant atmosphere throughout. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to truly match a 5-star experience: The bath towels were quite thin and felt more budget than boutique. Fluffier, higher-quality towels would make a big difference. Room temperature could only be adjusted by contacting the front desk, as there was no individual climate control—this became a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was decent, but the cereal options felt geared toward children (e.g., Coco Pops and Cornflakes). A simple addition like muesli would have complemented the existing selection of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit nicely. Disappointingly, the hallway and stair carpets were already quite dirty and worn, which is surprising given the hotel has only been open for two months. Despite these small issues, I would definitely stay again. The service and location are standouts, and with a few tweaks, this hotel could easily be a top-tier option in the area.
