羅馬河濱萬怡飯店(Courtyard Rome Riverwalk)

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the property was very clean, the location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Breakfast Bistro that served Starbucks drinks was very nice. If we had had time, I would have loved to go walking on the levy and Riverwalk. Next time. We would stay here again.

Check in was easy and fast. Something went wrong with my payment, but the check in lady fixed it super fast. Hotel was very comfortable and I felt safe. My room was so cozy! I also loved the ability to get Starbucks drink downstairs. Took 10 min to walk to the downtown area to pick up my dinner. Looking forward to staying here again.

Empty body wash. Bathroom vent needs swept. Shower head is garbage. Toilet paper holder broken. Huge pile of trash outside our room upon check-in. Just minor cosmetic touch ups needed to polish the wonderfull design. Obviously maintenace staff has no pride in the facility. Cleaning staff needs to learn how to remove stains and grime in a white shower to make it look super clean.

What a great location! We could walk across the bride to the main street in town for shopping and coffee! The staff was outstanding! Every one of them was cheerful and greeted us with a warm hello. The banquet room was perfect for a small dinner party we attended while there. The lobby was a great place to sit and wait for the girls upstairs to get ready. Lots of comfortable seating areas. We would stay here again for sure!

It was a very nice hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights, the first was very quiet and peaceful, the second there was a pretty rowdy wedding party that partied out in the courtyard until after 1:30am, which was quite annoying. In my opinion, the staff should have shut that down well before then, or at least moved them inside. It was very loud and impossible to sleep through. All of the river-view rooms have single pane windows facing the courtyard, so keep this is mind; if there's a party or loud conversation in the courtyard, you will hear it. Kind of stinks, because you pay more for the river-view. It's been mentioned already, but the $5 charge to park in the parking lot is silly, and just irritating. Just charge another $5 a night for the room, then the guest won't feel so 'nickel and dimed'.

We simply needed an evening away from the kids. It’s hotel is really nice. The lobby is modern, warm, ad welcoming. Very friendly staff. Perfectly comfortable room. We had a wonderful little getaway.

Location wonderful, the staff very nice, bathroom clean but shower needed more care staining or beginning to mold where water puddles. Pillows fabulous,nice bar decent menu limited by food shortages due to current shortages.

Service was top notch and extremely friendly staff and management. Near downtown Rome so many things to walk around to. Highly recommend staying here.
