長灘島浪漫飯店

The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

本次出行有老人、孕婦、小孩，酒店有比較大的游泳池和私人沙灘，自助早餐也很豐富，各方面都很方便。孕婦和孩子可以在酒店或者沙灘游泳，午飯和晚飯也可以在酒店吃，有餐廳和小食Bar，點什麼都可以，在沙灘玩也可以點小食，完全不用出酒店，還可以簽賬，不用那麼多現金。其他人可以坐酒店的shuttle Bus去D mall逛+吃，酒店的車比三蹦子安全多了。總之本次旅行選擇瑞亨酒店非常滿意。

在長灘島香格里拉酒店入住期間，我特別享受到了豐富多樣的春節活動，讓我感受到了濃厚的中國年味。酒店為客人準備了各種慶祝活動，如舞龍舞獅表演、煙花秀和傳統美食。參與其中，我感受到了濃郁的喜慶氛圍，讓我的春節更加難忘。此外，我還在酒店的Rima樹屋餐廳享用了晚餐，那裡的日落景色非常迷人，讓人陶醉其中。而且，他們的牛排真的非常美味，口感鮮嫩多汁。綜上所述，長灘島香格里拉酒店不僅提供豐富的春節活動，還擁有美景和美食，是值得推薦的酒店。

強烈推薦這家酒店以及酒店的spa！ 🏖️酒店在S1前面一點，這邊相對安靜，並且是看日落的好地方，沒有S2喧囂，酒店走出去就是沙灘，餐廳的酒水飲料價格都不貴，完全可以在躺椅上點飲料享受落日時刻。 🛏️房間基本上都有兩個床，挺適合親子游的，但是好像多一個人要額外收費，房間都挺好的還有陽台，浴缸等，然後酒店早餐人有點多，但是味道不差，泳池也還可以但是這麼美的海灘我們是沒用上泳池。 🥰然後按摩就不要去網紅店啦，直接酒店美美的預訂一下，尤其是Marilyn姐姐，那天想去按摩查了一下都在S2附近並且都是韓國人的店，看了一下價格也不便宜，如果你很受力請一定要找酒店的Marilyn，然後預訂2小時的spa，選擇在房間吧，泳池邊就真的是露天的，不介意也可以，泳池邊600p/小時，房間800p，按的真的蠻不錯的！！！ 😄還有如果要預訂任何水上活動或者旅行項目也可以直接酒店預訂，好像甚至比網上還便宜，不知道有什麼區別，看了價格表比我預訂的便宜……

非常值得5星好評!從前台到游泳池和自助服務員,每個人都非常專業和包容!服務一流!他們正在進行房間裝修,我不得不要求建築停止,因爲噪音問題。工作人員立即採取行動,並隨行果盤道歉,作爲道歉的形式!這是不需要的,但無論如何讚賞。

I love how the location is strategically located in the heart of Boracay. The hotel is just a few meters away from pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The front desk was also helpful and gave excellent recommendations and where to go while in Boracay. They also have a transportation partner where you can book pick-up and drop-off arrangements from and to the airport. Special thanks to Amina and the rest of the front office team for my mom's birthday set-up!

飯店的位置很好 靠近D’Mall staion2 若常要從st1出海做水上活動的話 比住在Henann palm 方便 但是飯店本身比palm小 飯店長型 沒有景觀房間比較多 我們是訂一般房沒有view房價比palm貴 走回房間比較累 食物比較好吃不會太鹹比較適合台灣口味 會再次選擇入住 因為逛街方便 商店餐廳也比較多 很享受這次住宿

Contemporary, clean, and very nice 5-star hotel in Boracay. Located in the eastern part of the island, it’s about less than a 5 minute ride from the hotel pick up/drop off point of D’mall (station 2). It has a huge pool at the center of the property and a smaller pool that’s near their private and relaxing beach (sand is not as fine compared to the western part of the island). The landscaping of the property is very well maintained. The ambiance and design of their restaurants (Qtchen for the included buffet breakfast and Seafood for dinner) are also contemporary and tastefully done. The hotel is composed of several buildings and they are named after the different bodies of water. We stayed at the Indian (ocean) building and we booked in their premier one bedroom suite which was very roomy and nice. It had its own kitchen, dining, and spacious living room, the bedroom had a queen size bed. The bathroom is also big with a bath tub. Our room also had a wrap around balcony overlooking the main pool and and garden. Very nice. We used the main pool during the day and night and both times the water was warm but the pool isn’t heated. The huge pool was divided into different depths/areas wherein the depth ranged from 1-4 feet. The three feet area had the jacuzzi type function. Very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes and the majority changes everyday. They had a noodle and egg station. Most of the local and international dishes would taste as expected. Was a bit disappointed with the bacon because it was tough instead of crispy. I enjoyed the daily congee and the noodle soup station. Dinner at Seafood was a nice experience. We had a drink voucher with our stay. The ambiance is nice, good for a date night. Servers are very knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining the components of each dish. They were also very attentive. Food is good and I especially liked the lechon rice which was delicious and generous. The experience was not cheap. Room service was excellent. Food was also generous especially the noodle dish and all were very tasty. Tip: you’re entitled to two mineral water bottles per person each day, if you have room service, ask for additional pitcher of iced water if needed. Great staff, good facilities. We had an overall wonderful stay at Aqua Boracay, except the shower. In our room, B1-205, it was so difficult to get the right mixture of hot and cold water. No matter how big or small the adjustments one makes, the water would either be cold or too hot. I called the attention of the front desk about this during my checkout and I hope they resolve this. Another suggestion for management, pls have better quality bedroom slippers because what you provided were so thin and cheap. Lower starred hotels have much better bedroom slippers. And have your brand printed on it.

這家酒店同樣價位在國內，衹能算全季級別的甚至不如，但是服務太棒了，送接送機服務太實用，長灘上島不太方便，全程就接了我家一大一小，什麼税上島費都不用煩，上船前拍照，入住即送上飲料，大堂留影，不用辦手續，直接帶你去房間，你的訂單訊息全在工作人員手裡，好意外但就很方便客人了，入住期間每天送份小點心，有入住水果，然而因為我們每天在外面吃吃吃喝喝喝，芒果最後都沒吃完，在沙灘上在泳池邊躺平，都有人會上來幫忙鋪浴巾送水啥的，我中間換了一次房，工作人員也精準的在沙灘上找到了我，直接帶我去新房間，行李更是從頭到尾不需要自己提。這邊是小費制嘛，但是這邊的工作人員就會讓你覺得服務太好啦我想給小費，但是剛到時沒有小額比索所以沒給，甚至覺得不好意思，走的時候用的衹剩一張，給了一個人另一個人沒辦法我給了人民幣讓他自己換吧（比索的話國內銀行換好合適，我還換了美元，後來也用上了，美元兑比索價格比較穩定，島上除非找中國人開的店，其他人民幣衹給兑6-6.5。但是美元也要記得要很新的紙幣，我有一張五十的就是因為不夠新不給兑）扯遠了，酒店的餐廳晚上也可以點餐的，有時候懶得出去覓食就在這兒點，也不貴，這邊偏西餐。做的都很好吃，小孩子不會覺得膩的。因為走的早，早上四點就送我走了，給我準備了早飯和飲料，我要的三明治，和它家菜單上的一樣分量十足，卡迪克蘭機場礦泉水可以帶進，只有聽裝的果汁被查出扔掉了。哦這邊好多酒店就在沙灘邊上，風景真是一絕根本不用去跳島，就在酒店待着風景就絕美，適合躺平的，雖然推銷的小黑多了點，但是也很煙火氣啊，s2這邊酒店就是比較方便熱鬧

The service is A class. From caticlan port to boracay port, all the staff have been very accomodating. I would like to commend Jesse Andrade from the front office who has been very helpful and accomodating. Room was superb and very comfy bed and pillows. The lighting and cleanliness was amazing. I will surely come back here in The Lind Boracay ❤️
