墨爾本浪漫飯店

美麗的老式酒店,位於繁華的市中心以北。入住很快,但我們要求在高樓層的房間,我們在街道上得到了一個房間,我們詢問了這一點,他們友好地改變了房間。早餐包括在我們的住宿,很棒,所有類型都有豐富的選擇。我們在日間水療中心進行了按摩,非常棒,無可挑剔。位置很容易步行到城市以及史密斯聖科林伍德,週末真的很嗡嗡作響。我們的房間是中等範圍的類型(記不清了),大小適中,長袍和浴室有大步行。我們一定會回來的,下次去墨爾本。

酒店很新，各種硬件不錯，也有設計感，就是大堂不太大，當然也符合四星的酒店氣質。酒店的洗漱用品和游泳池要Mark一下，還有門口的那輛老爺車……酒店和麗茲卡爾頓是一個羣樓，穿過麗茲卡爾頓就是south cross station,車站旁邊就是Coles超市，往超市反方向一直走，過幾個巷口，就能到Collins street，然後坐電軌車（city內免費），大約四站，就能到達Collins street 最繁華的地段，下車的地方大約是100號左右。Collins街上有個洲際酒店，非常有老錢的感覺，還有一個KOKO BLACK 店，據説是巧克力中的愛馬仕，的確好吃，遇見就不要錯過，超市裡買不到。Collins的春天還是很美的，特別是教堂門口的那棵樹,在春光的照耀下，有一種難言的美。

This was a weekend ”staycation” for my 9yo son and I. For those not familiar with Melbourne note that the hotel is located at the Spencer Street end of the CBD so great if catching the skybus from the airport of watching the game at Marvel Stadium, not as good for the best shopping / dining that Melbourne has to offer which is more located up the other end where the Sofitel / Next Hotel / Grand Hyatt are located. Next hotel is the pick of the three is you're looking for accommodation at that end. Here is my honest feedback. Hotel is brand new in visually stunning - ooozes class and understated elegance. It's really a beautiful hotel and the views are truly amazing. We appreciated the upgrade to the Victoria Harbour view - it was stunning. The room was beautifully appointed - perfect. Service - overall good. Air con temperature in the room wasn’t working and it kept showing the temp as 22 degrees regardless of how low we set it. Needs fixing perhaps? Room telephone - pick up the phone and there is silence, could not call reception and ended up calling from the phone outside the lift. Sent the engineer over and he said that you have to press 'talk' when you pick up the handset. He said it happens all the time that guests think the phone is broken. Staff - wonderful and perfectly fit the Ritz brand. Turndown service never came, and we had to ask for fresh towels that night - when they arrived he said that he couldn’t access the room for some reason - maybe something to look into? Service at the Lounge was very slow - waited 25 for some vanilla ice cream, ended up taking it back to the room. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the pool - it was SO cold. Probably explains why there was nobody in it. We were chatting to another guest who said exactly the same thing. You need to dial up the temperature. It's a real shame that we could not enjoy the pool as it could have been the highlight of the weekend. We were in and out in 5 minutes - so disappointing. The area around the pool is also quite cramped and really should have been made bigger but not much that can be done about that now. Also the pool area is not staffed which was a surprise for a hotel of this calibre. There is therefore no food / beverage service. As others have said... having to use two sets of elevators is really annoying to reach your room or ground floor but nothing that can be done about that now. I know some of these things are just ”teething” problems as it's still a new hotel. Hopefully they resolve in time.

What we liked: The location was ideal Didnt have to wait long for a lift to come The bed was comfortable There was an asian man who was very polite and helpful and on one occasion applogised on behalf of the staff members who double charged me What we didnt like: Most of the staff were very rude. The afternoon/night staff were terrible. A guy with a beard and a tall dark haired woman were very rude and condescending when we asked simple questions Another set of staff didnt believe me when i said i had paid for parking and made me pay again. I went and got my partner who had proof of the transaction then i was told id get a refund I didnt get an apology from them The room was very dirty and dusty and i had to ask for it to be clean on arrival. However the floors still werent vaccuumed. The windows didnt open so there was no fresh air in the room The air conditioning system was extremely loud and made it difficult to even have a conversation while it was on. But it was the only way to get any sort of air circulation in the room Our allergies and hayfever flared up severely which made it almost impossible to sleep due to the stuffiness and uncleaniless of the room and lack of fresh air. The pool was dirty and had things floating in it. There was a deflated pool toy that appeared to be sitting at the bottom of the pool for a long time We didnt use the pool I needed to go to the bathroom so went to go before leaving however the pool toilets were so unclean it was  not useable. (And i work on public transport so i am use to imperfect toilets) The layout of the bathroom was very odd. You had to open the door, squeeze into a small space, andShut the door to use the toilet. There was no bench space or fan either. So it is not ideal for getting ready for a night out The only arm chair in the room had bad, questionable stains on it so it was useable. We travel a lot and are coming back to Melbourne in a couple of months, however we definitely would NOT stay here again  We have also told our friends not to stay here. The cleaning staff and housekeeping staff were kind and approachable However they clearly dont have the time or supplies to clean the rooms properly. The front desk staff were very rude and unapproachable.

鑑於我們爲住宿支付的價格,我對我們要找到什麼感到懷疑。我的低期望不能再遠了。Vibe Hotel是優秀的!位置非常棒,前面有電車,在石頭扔的外面停車(和一張憑單,使它便宜爲城市停車的芯片)加熱的室內游泳池,以幾個名字。房間不是很大,但非常舒適,有你需要的所有設施。早餐很棒,因爲它包含在房價中,這是一個額外的哇因素,因爲我期待一些簡單(大陸)但不!我們遇到的所有工作人員都很可愛,樂於助人,只是增加了一個偉大的住宿整體!我只會給4星級的評分是睡眠質量 - 但這是我選擇的房間位置。有一些街道噪音(城市景觀值得任何噪音問題),但它當然沒有讓我們保持清醒。這可能對一些人來說是一個麻煩。

Quincy is located at a very convenience place. Close to the train station, Southern Cross, basically in the city, and just mins walk to any restaurant & stores. I arrived early and the staffs there is accommodating and friendly. Eventhou there isnt any rooms for me to early check in, staff offered to help store my luggage and do the paper work first while I go have breakfast. And called me about 1 hour after saying my room is ready. Love Quincy and would recommend to stay in Melb.

衞生和環境都不錯，老外服務態度好！衞生間有點偏冷，靠窗排氣不可靠，臭氣難排！盥洗室太大，雖有取暖燈，洗澡時有冷感，另外配個移動龍頭更好！天冷房間靠電熱毯取熱也可以，調檔多可多種選擇！臨近大街的房間早上有大車過境會被吵醒！太寧靜離市中國區城有段路程！

最棒的,樂於助人的員工。美麗的乾淨房間,在一個安靜的花園環境中。絕對無瑕疵。唐施法者和周圍的郊區有很多東西可以提供,這是一個很棒的家庭基地。有這麼多停車場,非常安全。我們將在那裏進行多次訪問。

雖然在dockland但是門口走幾步就有免費電車🚃真的超級方便！這次去澳洲住了3家萬豪，forupoints是最有誠意的一家！ 提前郵件詢問了攜程預訂白金會員有沒有權益，回覆沒有積分，但是入住時房間升級了，還可以選早餐或者積分，我選了早餐，是比較基礎的西式早餐但該有的都有，蛋卷需要向服務生點單，咖啡也是現打拉花的，非常用心！晚上還送了amenity，可惜我不喝酒。。。早餐有一款denish，咬開裏面滿滿的蔓越莓，拯救了我的大洋路午餐哈哈！床單很舒服，有印花還是挺好看的，性價比很高！

很難找到這個地方。牀很舒服。在預訂時說自助餐，但是由於當前情況，COVID廢話，它改變了幾件事，但是我們沒有收到通知，所以有點沮喪。
