Da bestellt man ein Rindersteak Englisch und blutig , arschkalt war das komplette Essen! Ich von Beruf eine Metzgerin plus Köchin! Die Bedienung hat lieber mit Kundschaft rumgeflirtet, als das Essen zu servieren! Sowas hätte ich längst rausgeschmissen!

Obwohl Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern auf HP angezeigt, war das Hotel ausgebucht. Der Verdacht steht nahe, dass man dadurch mit einem Angebot im Schlosshotel (Partnerhotel), die Kunden auf dieses lenken wollen. Das Schlosshotel ist leider weit weniger Komfortabel. Preislich gab es keinen Nachlass!

Ein Haus in allerbester Schweizer Hoteltradition, das vor durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders aber der jungen Geschäftsführerin, in bleibende Erinnerung sein wird. Wir fühlten uns hier trotz des schlechten Wetters anlässlich des Hafenfestes in Romanshorn bestens aufgehoben und stellen uns vor, wie schön es hier im im Sommer sein muss. Eine große Bar, gleichzeitig auch Fumoir, rundete den guten Eindruck ab. Empfehlenswert!

I didn’t ask for the lake view as I was riding my j by Ike around the lake, and really just wanted a cheap hotel. So I’m grateful for my view of the parking lot, because it was comfy and I wasn’t in the room except to sleep. Breakfast comes with the room and I usually don’t take the hotel breakfasts because they aren’t what I want. It was ok, with a view of the lake.

Je viens souvent dans cet hôtel, je me sens comme à la maison. Les chambres sont belles, magnifique vue sur le lac de Constance. Le personnel très compétents et chaleureux. La cuisine est excellente. Un hôtel à recommander.

Comfortable room, well appointed. Secure storage for bicycles on our trip around Lake Constanz, tasty breakfast. The hotel appears to be in need of updating. Our biggest complaint was poor internet connectivity which is becoming a necessity for international travelers.

Stayed here in 1983 for my wedding and decided to test the restaurant with one of their superb iced coffees. The ice cream menu was full of promise with different flavours and an elaborate sauce. The 3 ice creams when served consisted only of iced coffee topped by whipped cream and poor expresso. The Maitre d' explained that it was made by an apprentice in the kitchen who was unaware of the recipe or the menu and there was nothing that he could do about it. We complained, paid and beat a retreat - perhaps it will have improved in 10 years time but my expectation is that it will be demolished and rebuilt properly to meet the requirements of the new flats being built next door. Maybe they will offer cream teas but that needs someone in the kitchen able to follow the recipe for scones.

Personnel agréable et compétent une nourriture excellente et l’offre package vaut la peine avec champagne spa privé repas 4 plats inclus l’hôtel est au calme les pieds dans l’eau à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Romanshorn vraiment une excellent adresse à retenir
