excellent service. It's the best hotel in Airdrie.

The front desk staff, breakfast and house keeping staff were all very warm and inviting and friendly. I felt they engaged with the people in a way that felt personal and caring. It was a very pleasant change from the usual experience of staff who simply perform duties as a paid job with no interpersonal skills. A very nicely kept, clean, tidy, modern and updated facility. I felt safe and comfortable. The only challenge was the 2nd floor ice machine was either not working or empty - but the main floor ice machine was in perfect working order.

my room smelled of cigarette smoke - i was there for a week and after keeping the window open everyday it still smelled. Very dry, humidifier would have been helpful

Disappointed that our room was not tidy when we arrived back late in the evening. We left in a hurry in the morning and forgot to put the door handle tag out. That should not be an excuse for not tidying up a room. The only time a room should be left unkept is when it is specified by the occupant. Needless to say, no coffee cups nor coffee, towel exchange, etc.

I had a really good stay the only two things that I would say is that my room smells so badly of fish when I checked in that I had to open the window and let it air out! I’m not sure why, but I just reeked like fish! And the only other thing is that there’s not very many healthy options for breakfast! Non diary etc options. Besides that great hotel and a great price!

Very clean rooms. Excellent value. Nice gym. Standard complimentary breakfast, nothing exceptional. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

In the middle of a parking lot, difficult to get in and out from the main street, area around still under significant construction. In general the hotel was very good, and the staff were very helpful. The business centre was not functioning, so I wasn't able to use it to print boarding passes for my flight, but the clerk at the desk offered to print them for me, which I really appreciated.
