CBD行政公寓(CBD Executive Apartments)

i had been in communications with Tammea from CBD apartments discussing the possibility and request for a refund as circumstances had changed last minute and accom was no longer needed. she said i needed to go through Wotif. As we were returning to our hometown, I went onto wotif website to commence refund as advised from CBD, and wotif website stated that a total cost of stay was not able to be refunded as per CBD policy. I was disappointed that Tammea did not advise this when I was in communications, and that wotif wasn't able to assist with a refund. this resulted in a total loss and a dissatisfied customer.

Great apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Cafe down stairs and restaurant within walking distance

Loved it, had the best sleep while we stayed here. Comfy bed. Spoilt with a great kitchen with gas cooktop, full size fridge, microwave. cold air con. Balcony with furniture. Room serviced promptly. Friendly and chatty staff on the front desk. Close to shops and good location. Would definitely stay there again and wished we stayed longer! Was stress free and easy.

Property info on ********** states Restaurant on site, however there is not a restaurant for dinner, just a cafe for breakfast and lunch (however the good there was good)

Balcony area filthy Bed uncomfortable Over all poor experience for a so called penthouse.

Nice staff, great location, clean room and plenty of parking out the front. Spot to stay if you are in Rocky

Staff were next level amazing only thing I would Caito is not enough car parks and restaurants was not open for breakfast

Great spacious apartment in the centre of Rockhampton and one block from the river.
