Convenient location, friendly staff

Alas, the hotel was overbooked despite ******* showing two available rooms. We had to scramble for another hotel at 10 pm. Staff were polite but clearly frustrated since they were in a false position. Other near-guests were incredulous. We were told to contact ******* for a refund which we did. Not cool, *******!

Not much around but breakfast provided. Pantry could do with stocking wine. Ended up having to change rooms because the TV would not work and they forgot to send someone. Though they gave an upgrade as apology, the change was a nuisance as we were already unlocked and showered. I left things behind in error as a result.

We chose this hotel for a stop over on a road trip based on the good rating on ********** and we were not disappointed. Lovely hotel, with good service, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

Check in was great unfortunately the toilet in our bathroom did not work. The first day someone came to unclog it. I over heard the service man state it was the same issues as the rest. It was clear we were not the only room and it was a larger issue. Later that evening when it stopped working again the staff told us no one was there to service it. So we were force to manage without a working toilet. We were not offered another room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the parking was easy. My business trip was easily managed .

Excellent hôtel, le personnel est adorable, tout est propre, le petit déjeuner offrenun choix assez large. Je recommande vivement 😊
