羅切斯特市中心萬豪萬怡飯店(Courtyard Rochester Downtown)

Room is spacious and clean, all fitting and furniture seems like brand new, the burger and chips is great taste.

We stay 3 night hotel 4 people but bathroom is curtain after shower bathroom is all over water I asked many time no body help to change to room I look at other room shower area glass cover no water come out I’m asking refund but hotel is refuse to refund if you stay hotel first look bathroom are if they curtain don’t book it no stuff to clean we used towel towel to clean I’m going to 1 star this hotel courtyard by Marriott hotel downtown rochester Ny

We enjoyed our room 301, overlooking the park and we we’re happy the window could open a few inches. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Two complaints: 1) The room and the hotel areas have too much deodorizer throughout the hotel-almost made me nauseated at checkin. 2) the prices at your food/drink counter downstairs were a bit ridiculous-like being in NYC

There was so much noise from the room above us at 2am that it shook the sprinkler cover off from the ceiling. It startled my whole family. The hotel was very good about handling the situation.

We stayed a couple of nights and went to a minor league game and the strong museum. The hotel was close to everything! It was very clean, smelled great and the staff was very nice. We would stay again!

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. We loved the heated garage parking and security measures the hotel has taken. The shuttle was amazing! We attended a concert and the shuttle provided transportation to and from the concert, so we didn’t need to worry about driving or parking. The shuttle driver, Lewis, was awesome! I called after the concert and he was there within 5 minutes and had us back to the hotel safely! We will definitely utilize this hotel in the future!!!

The hotel is new, very clean and good sized room in a great location. The staff are not really ready yet, customer service leaves a-lot to be desired
