I went to check in and yes was able to check in early but when I got the room there was hair in a couple different places and I caught a spider speeding out from under the fitted sheet. I went down to the manager and I explained the situation so he gave me some raid and told one of the cleaners to change the sheets and in a sarcastic tone said and make sure there is no hair... So in the process of redoing the sheets the hair that the lady grabbed was just thrown on the floor. At this time I really didn't want to say anything else!!! I went out and got some food and when I got back there was a lady at the desk with a white shirt so another manager i take it and I said hey How Are You Doing? She says "Can I Help you?" with a complete attitude and I said I was on my way up and thought I'd say hi and another attitude again "I'm FINE!!". I would never come to this hotel again and I should have looked at the reviews before coming....If you were smart you wouldn't cone here either!!!

The staff at both the south and north stores are highly trained and have impeccable professionalism. Customer service, as well as, the maintenance are here in the med city , Rochester ,Mn. Extended stay is a home away from home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. When your looking for high quality service, some businesses try but fail. Extended stay , Rochester..... They know quality. . Their employees are the nicest people that are always there to serve your needs while staying . I always look forward to staying at Extended Stay hotels. Kudos to management .
