Reception not in ground floor lobby, but on second floor. "Front door" not readily evident. Parking available according to Website, it is in adjacent parking ramp and a separate fee. Room spacious, well appointed with many electrical outlets, TV, telephone, couch, small but adequate closet. Bathroom, nicely lighted, very functional shower, toiletry amenities, good towels and cloths. Window view over parking ramp and city in distance.

Medical appts at Mayo. I actually love the location on the skyway and gives me some walking opportunities to appointments. Free parking for Mayo patients is great!
The cleanliness was superb except for the area rug in the bedroom that appeared somewhat dirty with light stains. The temperature in the one Queen room next to the elevator was difficult to regulate evenly.

The room was pleasant and clean, and the lobby space is attractive. The front desk staff, however - on both check-in and departure - was unresponsive, unfriendly, and impolite almost to the point of passive aggressiveness. No "Hello, welcome to the Hotel Indigo" No explantion of anything (including pointing us to the elevators). Check-out was no better. No "Good morning. How was your stay?" No "Hope to see you again". etc. Makes us not want to ever return.
Also, the bed sheets were tissue paper thin.

Lovely room with modern decor. Very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. I prefer rooms with carpeting, rather than hard floors, but I know hard floors are easier to maintain and are cleaner, so the round area rug between the beds was a perfect compromise and great decor point.
Other than check-in, which was quick and pleasant, we did not need any other interactions with staff.
Remember to tip your housecleaning staff! I've had that job and it's the most physically demanding and lowest compensated in hotels.

I am disappointed that we could not get an actual bill of what we paid. I reserved two rooms, and our friends in the other room submitted their credit card, but when they asked for a bill, the clerk said it was paid by a third party. What that means we have no idea. At some point in time, an option for a printout of the charges should be offered. We have no idea how much we have paid. I really don't want to have to look at my credit card report for this.

The employee had great hospitality when checking in. Sunday morning, the water pipe bursted but when called down to the front desk the employees was very nice. I would still like a refund since no one could get ready and shower to get ready for a business conference that we had.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. There is an extra charge for the parking ramp, but we were glad to pay it for the convenience. We ate at Crave, the restaurant on property and though a bit pricey, it was worth every penny. We are not extravagant travelers, but felt the price, cleanliness, friendly staff and convenience of this hotel make it a bargain.

So convenient to Mayo Clinic, especially in winter when you can walk through the skyway system. Restaurants nearby as well as nice shops. Hotel is new, modern and well appointed. The price is reasonable, too.

If you like high end decorating than this place is for you. Me, I’d rather have a hot breakfast and a nicer gym room and less expensive dining within walking distance.
