羅切斯特普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Rochester)

We originally had a different hotel booked but had many issues with the room and refused to stay (not premier inn) and this hotel was a last minute booking as we left the first and I'm so glad we booked it! The room was clean and roomy, we told the receptionist when we arrived the drama we had and we booked the meal deal so when we went for dinner wine and chocolates were put in our room! (We had got married the day before). One worker in particular (Sam) was so amazing, friendly and couldn't do enough, 10/10 from us!

First class Service from start to finish. Great location, beautiful surrounding just opposite the Medway. Great amenities in the vicinity. Staff friendly and helpful very welcoming. Room was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was absolute heaven over this very hot weekend. Service was very attentive and efficient, the food was really nice. Overall exceptional great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay, would highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

There are many hotels, premirie inns, and B & Bs in which my family and I have stayed in from Scotland right down to Lands End Cornwall. Each and everyone has had their own merits and their own pitfalls. Rochester premire Inn is and was exceptional. There wasn't a single person that we came across who wasn't nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I say this with a wealth of experience behind me, and so i feel qualified to do so. We were welcomed by Denise [who became, what we class as a friend] and her very friendly but stern personality was eminent straight from the off. She gave us a room quickly as the one we'd booked wasn't quite ready. We were on the first floor at the back of the hotel facing the train line. The view wasn't great, but then we hadn't come to sit by the window to watch whatever was passing by. The room was a family sized as we had two teens with us (next time we're seriously thinking if booking the conjoined room), which was OK, but now they're older, it's cramped. There is ample parking which is free to hotel uses. The room was clean, tidy, and warm. There is a restaurant attached called the tyme. The food was very nice, well presented and of a reasonable price considering the hyped up prices everywhere nowadays. The inn is set in prime lpcation, positioned on the Medway River opposite Rochester city, which is a 5 minutes drive away and from the castle. We stayed for three days, and I can honestly say with hand on heart that it was the loveliest few says that we've ever spent anywhere. I know there are a few negative reviews on TripAdvisor regarding this hotel, but please let me reassure you that the case is as simple as this. Expect to be treated by others as you would treat them. It's as simple as that. We are a polite family but do not put up with rude, impolite people. So consequently we get mostly polite people in return. If you want a great time, you can not go wrong here, this i assure you of. I have to mention Ryan, Nicola, and Sam, and as I said, Denise, all of whom went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. And it was. We will be back very soon. Love to all.

Very friendly staff, food was lovely and the bed was extremely comfy. The the bar and restaurant had a really homely feel. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful night sleep both nights. Would definitely return!

Magnífica la atención por parte del staff del hotel. Un sitio limpio, tranquilo. Las medidas higiénicas se observaban en todo momento. Por la noche, tranquilidad y comodidad Exactamente lo que uno busca cuando se desplaza por trabajo.

Premier Inns are usually pretty good. However, this one was located on what was to all intents and purposes an Industrial Estate. Room was comfortable as expected, and the food was edibale as expected. Service was excellent. However, no access to fresh air in the bedroom!

From the moment we walked through the door customee service was amazing, Denise greated us with her infectious personality and smile making us feel at home. Throughout our stay nothing was too much for the team, with them going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with all elements of our stay. I have stayed at many Premier inns in my time and have never had such a positive customer experience as I have here, a job well done to all, especially Denise who is truly 1 in a million :)

The car park was good, the room was good and we had a great night’s sleep. We also had a very reasonable evening meal for what we paid on the meal deal. Breakfast however, was appalling. No dishes, insufficient fruit salad, long waits for main cooked items, the bacon then ran out completely. Tables not being cleared so families were waiting for tables an excessive length of time. The staff were poorly organised and just could not cope. They didn’t seem to care that customers were just left.

There were a few issues throughout my stay: I was greeted by the self service machines and then a receptionist came to the rescue. I was taking a nap and the alarms went off. It was not clear that it was just a fire drill. Literally, I had water provided in the canister instead of body shampoo in the bathroom. However, it was overall a good stay. My room overlooked the river and it was calm. A good place for long walks too.
