匹茨堡機場索尼斯塔簡單套房飯店(Sonesta Simply Suites Pittsburgh Airport)

This was my second stay as I jumped at the chance to stay again. This hotel is very clean and well-managed by friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel has a small pantry with snacks and frozen foods, a gym, a coin laundry, an ATM and a small business center. The rooms are large and have lovely kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators. Larger appliances are available to borrow There is even a complimentary airport shuttle shaped with several other hotels, but very reliable for both pickups and drop-offs. They are within walking distance of a few eateries and a lot of places deliver. I've stayed at many extended stay type of hotels and this one is the nicest by far!!

Was in Pittsburg for a 2 day Irish dance competition with granddaughter. Hotel was clean as well as our room. Loved having the kitchenette, saved us from having to grab all of our meals at restaurants. There is a Target very close to the hotel which was great for us (Walmart close by). Quick and easy travel to airport. Lots of restaraunts and shopping opportunities in the area. All staff we encountered were very pleasant, check in was quick and painless. Very quite through the evening hours and overnight. Definitely would stay here again.

The evening staff person was spectacular! She was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken carw of when we wanted to use one of the grills. The morning staff girls, however, could not even be bithered to respond to a "good morning" or to even bother with guests. They were too busy texting or outside smoking. Very diaappointing lack of hospitality. We were given dirty looks for disturbing them by saying good morning and smiling at them. Otherwise our stay was good. Our room was clean and there was plenty of parking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall a good value.

There was blood on my pillow case and we got booked into someone else’s room but other than that, it was actually pretty cool

Could have been better. Strange smell in hallway, shower that would not drain. However, the staff was friendly.

Disgusting sleeper sofa had no linens and was very stained many items in the suite were dirty kitchen area and the tv remote did not work I had to go down to front desk several times but no help. When I told the manager the next morning she said yes it’s one of the beds they are going to replace,they should have removed it from the room and booked as only one bed the worst possible thing is a dirty hotel room and a dirty mattress

Stayed for 4 nights. Felt comfortable the whole time. Subtracted a star because there was what appears to be smashed raisins on the floor and some coins laying around so I know the floors weren't swept. other than that everything was clean. I didnt hear a single person or noise the entire time I was there so easy to relax. would stay here again.

I've stayed in a lot of places. My room here was very clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the better rooms I've had.

Second time staying there. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Front desk staff professional and friendly.
