酒店很新很乾凈，早餐也非常不錯，地理位置很好，離機場不遠，附近有大型超市，LuLu Hypermarket,非常不錯的一個超市。

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.

比較老的酒店 倒是蠻熱情的 就是效率 有點不着調 晚上點了個room service 掃描二維碼點餐 點了一個多小時 沒來 後來打電話過去 才發現沒注意看網上的訂單 因為比較晚 我說那就算了 取消訂單 然後 就想着睡覺了 結果半小時后 服務人員敲門 拿了一個果盤和兩杯果汁 貌似是賠禮道歉的 非常感謝他們的誠意 但無法理解他們的邏輯 可能是文化的差異吧 敲門那會已經快十一點了 困的不行 有點啼笑皆非 不是特別好的入住體驗

吐槽一下這家酒店一位微胖男前台的服務態度，房間沒有吹風機，冰箱不製冷，打電話反饋客房，新吹風送來挺快，但卻是個壞的，熱風超過五秒鐘風筒就受熱變形，並散發塑料燒焦的味道。 打電話去前台，繼續反饋，過了差不多半小時，仍然沒有換新，拿着變形的吹風機去到前台，那個胖胖的男前台講Will change a new one，我示意離開，看他沒有任何其他問詢，反問Do you know my room number? Sorry sir, could you please tell me your room number? 看他記下，我回了房間，不久就換了能用的 但是，冰箱從第一天到第七天，一直沒有換！ 自助區早餐單買是99sar，餐食區的服務員態度普遍很好，會為送上單點的餐食，很飽滿的態度 公共區配備還算齊全，六個小會議室，一個大會議室，但是一旦期間有公司在那裡開會，房間價格會漲非常多，注意比價！ 老實講，性價比較低，公區麪積不大，價格卻比萬豪還貴，如果不太在意距離，不遠的另一家intercity更為推薦，整體會更好，但是他家的泳池在樓頂，沒有任何遮擋，相較減分

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

這大概是利雅得最便宜的住宿了吧？在一個大house裏，專門有一個女性房間。住了兩晚，認識了一些有趣的人。住青旅的話就沒必要追求睡眠質量了，不過這個價格和位置還要啥自行車😄

They were friendly doorman.........always making sure we were happy..... The hotel was dated and needed a remodel...but they have a friendly staff. The location is not great. Breakfast was nice. I changed my room a few times because the rooms are super small....

這個酒店算是酒店了，有良好的服務，有不錯的硬件設施，最起碼很安全，菲律賓服務人員很多，食物也便菲，房間各方麪條件都還好，沒對比沒傷害，跟昨晚上遭遇的小黑旅館比，這裏簡直是我的救星。唯一缺點，就是定位不準，很難找，入住大門在面向馬路建築物的背面，導致我在馬路看到酒店招牌後，把靠馬路的這麪的店面從頭看到尾都沒找到酒店入口。
