객실, 욕실 등 넓고 깨끗함. 호텔 전체적으로 최근에 리모델링한듯 깔끔한 느낌. 직원들 친절한편. 솔트레이크시티에서는 약 25분 가량 떨어져 있음.

Clean room. Modern. Quiet and safe. Reasonable cost. I enjoyed my comfortable stay.

Housekeeping cleans room every other day. When they cleaned room they only changed the bedding and provided clean towels in bathroom. The floor did not get vacuumed and the countertops did not get cleaned. Stayed at this Hampton before and for some reason the shower drain always gets clogged and nearly flood the floor. Probably wont stay at this Hampton again even though this hotel chain is usually my go to. No excuse for housekeeping not doing a thorough job of cleaning especially when they only service every other day.

I stayed at this property a couple of years ago and was impressed. I loved how clean and well kept it was. With my first visit there was a small kitchen area in the room that was nice but those were removed by the current management. I really miss this feature. With this visit the property was well run and the staff were very nice. The breakfast each day was very good! Lots of selection and tasty. Loved the Precor recumbent bike in the exercise room. I used it every day I was there. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if they had extra pillows available. Keep up the good work and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Utah!

In the amenities it listed cribs were available for families traveling with little ones. This is something we look for while traveling, as it makes a huge convenience to not have to pack the extra items. Upon arrival, the desk host didnt know what we were asking for, and we had to use several different terms to describe a crib. Then she told us they dont have any at all. Later said they actually do have one, but nobody knows where it is. Needless to say, it made for a rather difficult situation and tough night. Overall the place was nice, checking in wasnt bad. They just need to update their amenities about cribs so families are aware, and can either come prepared, or opt for a different hotel.

Did not appreciate them hounding me for an additional $50 when I had already prepaid for the room. Yes, they say I should get it back, but when??? 3 business days later??? Then they also needed me to fill out a paper as well that had all that information on it. Seems a little fecicious.

I called ahead of time because we had prepaid for an accessible room and we’re getting there late. Tyler was extremely rude. Then when we arrived they had given our handicap accessible room away. They do not guarantee prepaid third party rooms. They put us in a one bed un accessible room. My disabled brother slept on the floor with his equipment because the room did not work for us. They did not care and were very rude about switching us the next day to a room that would work. We missed part of our appointments due to their lack of helping or trying to accommodate us. We had to sit and wait around for them to get us a new room with two beds, if not they would not switch us. They finally gave us a non accessible room with two beds. They were RUDE and Very UNCARING. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN nor will I suggest this hotel to anyone. The staff needs sensitivity training for accommodating handicapped guests who need more accommodations. * This was our second time staying here. The first time we did not have issues. Nice hotel, very clean and newer. Breakfast was ok, but again staff could do better with breakfast too. Unruly children were licking serving utensils and staff put them back even though they were made aware and observed it. Luckily there is a McDonalds across the road.
