Our first night there was excellent, the continental breakfast was wonderful. Due to a water break in the hotel, we were startled by the fire alarm at around 10:15 at night and had to evacuate. Scared our 2 toddlers to death and we ended up packing up and driving 4 hours back to Cheyenne at 11 at night. what a nightmare and I know it was just an uncontrolled incident but traumatic either way. Other than that, our stay was good! We will stay again.

Great hotel!! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Nice staff. Good workout room. Good wifi. I stay in hotels around the world +50 days a year, and this one was one of the tops. Highly recommend!!

I appreciated the kindness and understanding of Maria and Julia as our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency. This is a beautiful facility particularly the lobby. Breakfast presentation over the top with multiple choices. Extremely clean throughout. Feeling fortunate we were able to stay :)

Maria at front desk was great. However the cleanliness of the hotel is completely awful. The first room we were put it had severely stained sheets, walls, bed skirts, and floors. The second room had stains on the bathroom ceiling and floor along with a beer bottle in the corner of the room. We were too tired from the days travels at this point to go back down for a second room change.
The hotel is extremely noisy, we could hear the neighbors conversations and toilet.
