米申Spa飯店(The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa)

We decided to stay during the Festival of Lights and it did not disappoint! The ambience was very festive and certainly got us into the Christmas spirit. The hotel itself is just a piece of art. It’s such a beauty inside and out. Our room overlooked the terrace where people dined and was fully decorated with lights. It was a sight to see. I highly recommend staying at least once during the holidays just to take in the full experience. We also dined at Duane’s and the food was exquisite.

First time staying & it took a lot of U-Turns to finally find parking. The Christmas Light Event in Riverside started a week early this year, this should be posted on your website! We had to walk 2 blocks to our car because valet was a whole nother Mission! And whats up with the side Entrance staying closed after 8 pm? Super inconvenient! The Hotel was very pretty but the bathroom floor needs grout cleaning. 3.5 of 5 ⭐️

Upon entering this hotel it's lit up all nicely with a festive Christmas atmosphere. Quite beautiful. Even inside its quite magical, however it's all smoke and mirrors. This was my first time here and what a disaster. At check-in the lines were very long with just two front desk agents. It took me almost 35 minutes to finish my check-in. The room that I was given was incorrect and I had to wait another 30 minutes to switch rooms. I was told by the front desk manager Alejandro that my upgrade would be free but I was still charged the upgrade and they refused to remove it. The hotel room was quite outdated and the furniture also had stains, When calling the front desk or in room dining nobody picks up. I had to keep calling and calling then to find out the phone volume in the room was poor. This was probably the worst hotel experience that I have ever encountered. The hotel is so poorly managed. Kudos to valet as they were quick.

It’s beautiful, but I was woken by loud talking and partying at 4 am. A group of men were sitting under the awning near my room. Luckily it only lasted about 20 minutes. Then I woke up to very loud music at 9:30, which was part of the lights festival but not pleasant.

The inn itself is magical. Be sure to wander around and explore the rooftops and the courtyards. We loved the feel of the inn and generally had a wonderful time. We received poor service the first night and felt overlooked by the staff, which was frustrating, but we did not have that experience on subsequent days so perhaps it was just a particularly busy evening for the hotel.

This is a very Beautiful hotel with lots of charm and ambiance. Moreover, there were quite a few restaurants and bars within the hotel. I found the staff to be very welcoming, especially the manager of one of the restaurants named Bruno. He was a top notch! The amenities were very nice and I was impressed with the size of the pool and cabana area. Walk ability: The surrounding areas offered an authentic flare. There were lots out bars and restaurants with live musicians playing nearby. In addition to that, there are a few museums anyone would love to check out. The negatives were the lack of authentic Latin art in my room. Even though the air conditioners worked just fine, adding ceiling fans in the rooms to create more circulation would be a plus. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel during the holidays!
