Never bookl. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people. 5 people stayed.. and they charged us 1500 for extra bed because 3 people slept in one room. Two rooms were not even used.. but they were still adamant on us paying 1500..
So instead of 8 people 5 stayed... And had to pay extra

There team was great, very helpful and the food is also great but I felt the hotel rooms and infra is not worth the money you pay. It can be improved. The lights are yellow and dull in the lobby. The feeling is like a hospital. The rooms aere pretty big, clean and tidy but as I said we were locked up jn the room as there was no sitting area outside and we had to be inside all the time. Aftrr the evening.

From the time of check in to the time of check out, everything was very nice. Great experience. Great courtesy shown by the team. Will be the first recommendation at Rishikesh. The food is excellent and rooms and restaurant were very clean. Great memories!

Polite staff and good food. The hotel service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Rooms were spotless, food was delicious, and every request was handled promptly. A perfect stay! Will visit again

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast spread and options can be improved. All the landmarks are nearby to the hotel. Services can be little underrated for this budget . Staff is little unprofessional and relatively new for hotel industry.

Great service. Staff is very good. Some how I did booking one day before check in and just because of staff they switch the date to next Great service. And also they provide me diamond suite instead of deluxe room. So overall great experience. Breakfast was delicious. Will review it 5/5.

Special thanks to Mr. Mukesh, I really enjoyed room service, Service is amazing, Say thank you to chef as well food is delicious specially paneer butter masala And I enjoy masala chai as well, Rishikesh is my one of the best city, Highly recommend this hotel one of the best hotel in Rishikesh Thank you Mr. Mukesh

Over all quite good room service and food also nice and we spent really quality time here so must visit once overall the location is nice you can see mountains around this hotel location on a really vibes we enjoyed But little bit suffocating in room they had to put windows

Stay was excellent. Service is very good. Ambience was very good. Natraj is good location. Rishikesh is good place Staff are very cooperative. Things are very well. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Food quality is very good. Quality is decent.
