舒適飯店&套房(Comfort Inn & Suites)

In town for Dave Matthews Band and had one of the best hotel experiences here, and that’s saying something as we travel ALOT for DMB. The hotel staff were all so amazing and friendly, and so hospitable! They even had DMB playing on the lobby TV which was a nice touch as our hotel was filled with fans. Everything was very clean and they have the best free breakfast I’ve had anywhere. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back for the next time DMB comes home to Charlottesville!

Not worth the price we paid. $250 for a single night WELL north of downtown was WAY too much. Half that price would've been more reasonable for Charlottesville to be this far north for this caliber of a hotel. ***The breakfast was AWFUL!!! Don't eat it!

Very clean even though pets were allowed. Other guest appreciated that we could bring our pets and it seemed everyone made sure the we left the place clean . They use a sheet like top for beds so that they top was easily chsnged in case a pet snuck onto the bed. Nice place , good accommodations easy get to and very close to airport . All plusses! My only complaint is I booked at one price and was charrged a much higher price and I will take that up with the cooperation . I though booking early was the way to get a good price and guarantee a room . K am not sure how they can change the price after you get the quote and a reservation # on top of that .

From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, friendly, and super efficient! Let us check in early-gave us great information, and even had popcorn! And the night man was the best! Very funny and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

I always stay here for an early morning departure from CHO. I'm happy this hotel is so close and appreciate that it is also close to the Bojangles if I need it. Hotel is clean and reasonably kept. Parking is easily accessible. I felt safe here even though it was darker away from the door. They could benefit from a couple more accessible parking spaces. The lower rating is that I could not find anyone to check out. There was a sign. I was just ready to leave. A little annoyance as I like paper receipts.

Excellent place to stay !! Peters desire to provide excellent customer service left is with a 5star experience. He saved us from losing our valuables by rushing to catch us before we left the parking lot. Tganks forvthe experience !!

The hotel hit the mark for a quick overnight stay. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. Total bonus having breakfast included in the morning - waffle maker, eggs, sausage, plus much more - sent us on our way satisfied. The hotel was clean and I was able to park very close to the front door. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel lost power on our check out day, so had to carry all our bags downstairs and hotel not did provide any compensation for the inconvenience. I witnessed senior citizens having the carry up their breakfast three flights of stairs. On our Sat night there was a fight that happened right outside the hotel at 2 am - no hotel staff present to break up altercation or seemed to acknowledge any issues regarding safety and noise level. The morning manager was very flippant about all the issues that were addressed, will not stay there again.
