1. 配有社交電梯和服務電梯。
2. 公寓設有 5 間浴室、2 間套房和 2 間臥室。其中一間臥室（用作辦公室）將保持封閉，不屬於出租範圍。
3. 前廊設有游泳池。游泳池很大，可以欣賞到科爾科瓦杜的基督像的壯麗景色。開往科爾科瓦杜的火車從廣場出發，距離飯店不到 200 米。
後面有一個陽台，可以俯瞰聖特雷莎（該公寓的二號樓）。側廊連接陽台。
4. 廚房連接到內部服務區，內部服務區又連接到外部服務區。
5. 公寓內有餐廳、社交室和電視室，電視室設有客用衛生間。可使用 Apple TV 和 Sky 頻道。
6.主臥套房的浴室隱藏在壁櫥後面。裡面有一個按摩浴缸。另一間套房的浴室裡有一個大浴缸。

The roof is linear and has more than 550 m2 occupying the entire floor. Features:
1. Served by a social elevator and a service elevator.
2. It has 5 bathrooms, two suites and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (used as an office) will be kept closed and out of the scope of the rental.
3. There is a pool on the front porch. It is quite large and offers a great view of the Christ from Corcovado. The square where the trains leave for Corcovado is less than 200 meters away.
There is a balcony in the back, overlooking Santa Teresa (for the second building of this condo). Side corridors connect the balconies.
4. The kitchen connects to an internal area of service and this to an outside area also of services.
5. There is a dining room, next to a social room and also a TV room where there is a guest toilet. Available Apple TV and Sky.
6. The bathroom of the master suite is hidden by the closets. In it there is a whirlpool. The other suite has a good size bathtub in your bathroom.
7. The secondary suite opens onto the back porch. The rooms open onto the large, external corridor that interconnects the balconies. All with wide view of Santa Teresa, the rooms to the bay of Guanabara.
8. Associated with the master suite there is a writing desk (sliding door separates them) and this one has two large sliding windows, giving the outer porch the largest.
9. WIFI in the whole house, being more powerful in the front part but quite reasonable in the other areas. A phone line from Oi (I do not know how it can be rented).
10. Three large parking spaces.
11. The condominium still has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, block pluriesporte and a barbecue area (the latter rentable).
12. Gated community, security 24h / 7days per week.
13 Coverage will only be rented with the full-time services of two (2) housekeepers, (two ladies, mother and daughter). They will provide cleaning services, housekeeping, laundry and meals, including breakfast. Groceries are not included.
14. In bathrooms will be provided, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
