不好意思,但是除了房間裏的清理和位置,對我和我的家人來說,這是個要忘記的酒店,我們已經享受了全額養老金,與我丈夫依賴的公司達成了協議。假設在假期前我倒了,蓋破裂時,不幸地走到車上去,提前幾天我們已經把房間給第三層,走底部,見見誰有麻煩走路!!!電不正常,所以我丈夫每次都要把輪關上進去,我就要坐在一角,一腿着,直至第三層,反之。在餐廳裏,我從桌子裏吃得很遠,因爲沒有地方去坐輪...另外一場災難,但我適應了,另外一個災難:餐廳,食,有時沒有味道,經常沒有水果。只在晚上,總是一樣,有時甚至不時吃,每次在桌上都要問好吃的飯、和奶的合適的。組織在可怕的房間,你第一次來到,最後服務了.....我們再不談起他們讓你自己寫的菜單,經常不符合報表,因爲供應商沒有及時交付!!!!我不會說其他的事件,作爲電,一天不運轉,在貨車裏停留了超過半小時,當然,這對我來說已經不是很容易,然後在這些條件下更糟糕。要成爲一個三星酒店....,我會說一個比足夠多,肯定要在所有意義上忘記。

Abbiamo selezionato questo Hotel tra quelli presenti nel pacchetto di Mirabilandia di 2 notti. Non appena ho prenotato li ho chiamati per sapere se avessero una spondina da inserire nel letto matrimoniale in quanto nostra figlia di 3 anni dorme con noi. In caso contrario mi sono reso disponibile a portarmela io da casa. Mi hanno riferito che avrebbero verificato e fatto sapere. Li ho richiamati io dopo una settimana e mi hanno risposto che ancora non avevano controllato, dopo mezz'ora un ragazzo gentile mi ha finalmente confermato che la avevano. Arriviamo la sera del giorno di check-in dopo essere stai al parco, ci accoglie una signorina molto gentile che ci dice comunque che ormai per quella notte non potevano richiamare il personale delle camere e quindi per la prima notte niente spondina (?). La mattina dopo gli ricordo di farcela trovare in camera e mi assicurano che non ci saranno problemi. La sera al nostro rientro, sempre la signorina mi dice che la dovrebbero aver già inserita e se non dovesse esserci, di richiamare in reception che avrebbero provveduto. Niente di tutto questo! Chiamo il ricevimento, non risponde nessuno, scendo e mi dice che al nostro rientro dopo cena la avremmo trovata in camera. Rientriamo e niente ancora. Il portiere di notte ci dice di attendere 10 minuti che ce l'avrebbero portata in camera (ore 23.10), a mezzanotte chiamo... ”si mi scusi ma abbiamo un problema da risolvere prima”...a quel punto mi sono davvero innervosito e riepilogato quando scritto anche in questa recensione. Ho risolto diversamente accostando il terzo letto alla parte della bimba e non gli ho aperto perchè SOLO DOPO ESSERMI ARRABBIATO AL TELEFONO, in 10 minuti sono arrivati con la benedetta spondina!!! Assurdo che per una cosa così stupida, il ricordo della vacanza sia rovinata dal menefreghismo /incompetenza/mancanza di comunicazioni tra personale. Per il resto mi associo a chi ha scritto che il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rifare e pulire meglio. Ristorante ok. Non torneremo più.

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

Vacanza di 4 gg meravigliosa! Per la seconda volta siamo stati in questo hotel, scoperto lo scorso anno, trattamento all inclusive è open bar con servizio spiaggia bellissimo adiacente alla struttura, bagno 43, piscina con idromassaggio; Camera economy ma con balcone e spaziosa, il bagno piccolino ma efficiente! Colazione pranzo e cena meravigliosi e anche noi viaggiando con 2 bimbe abbiamo regalato loro giornate indimenticabili!!! E sicurissimi di ritornare anche l’anno prossimo, punto di riferimento ormai preciso!! Grazie per farci sognare e rilassare
