希爾頓歡朋飯店-丹伯裡(Hampton Inn Danbury)

The toilets were loud. You could hear everyone flush and it would wake me up. Despite these powerful "water-saving" flushes, they would explode the contents of the toilet and require multiple flushes to get everything down. The bath and shower controls were complicated, the room was dark, and it was difficult to figure out how to close and open the room darkening shade.

The location of hotel was convenient for the first time visitor of this region. Easy understandable access to destination is one of the good points of this hotel. Kind staff supported me during my staying. If I have oppotunity, I would like to stay here again.

Room 110 was a handicapped-accessible room, and was grossly uncomfortable. The toilet was directly under a towel rack which kept hitting my head. The bathroom door would not stay open. The bed was too high to get into without a stool. The room had only one chair for two people. The lighting was very murky. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no closed captioning on the tv. There was a steep ramp to my room even though it was a first floor room. The refrigerator frooze everything we put in it and made groaning noises all night. Most of the staff was exceptionally nice, though except for the one person who mocked us for wanting a second chair.

After the desk clerk did a yomans job calling ******* to FIND my reservation…he checked me in to a rather shabby room. Not especially dirty, but small with old furniture which was scratched and not particularly nice looking. Breakfast ok.

Llegamos y todo estaba bien , pero llegó la primera noche y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo funcionaba la calefaccion y dormimos muy mal. Por la mañana reportamos de nuevo y fueron a arreglarlo, esperabamos que todo estuviera bien pero no, la segunda noche fue fatal tambien, otra vez sin aire acondicionado no pudimos dormir, lo reportamos al frondesk y fueron a ver pero dijeron que nada podian hacer. En la mañana nos quejamos de nuevo en el frontdeskbut they told us that since we had bought through *******, they could not refund us anything and only offered an apology, they asked us to enroll in the loyalty program of their hotel hahahaha ******!

The service was great. The staff was exceptional when I pointed out that my room and bed were not properly cleaned. They went above and beyond to make it up to us. Our bed was a little hard, but other than that everything was very good.

Greeted with a smile, even when we checked in at 10:00pm. That breakfast Buffett was great, everyday too. Thanks for an enjoyable and memorable few days with my kids.

I loved the option of being able to choose what floor and room. We chose the 4th floor and I’m so happy we did because it was very quiet and convenient next to the ice machine. Having free breakfast in the morning is always a plus and the coffee was so delicious! The pool and jacuzzi was 10/10!! definitely can’t wait to book and stay here again!
