里士滿南紅屋頂飯店(Red Roof Inn Richmond South)

The front desk was rude with me when I came to check in early and tried charging me an additional $108 plus $25 when I had already booked the room… I don’t recommend anyone come to this hotel or book with them. The toilet was leaking when we first got in the room and the puddle kept getting bigger after wiping. In return of them purposely not helping my situation I left it untold so they can handle it for the next customers… I’ve never had any problems with any red roof inn EVER …

Thí hotel has a lobby but close permanently for guests and can only contact hotel personnel trough a back door, narrow space. This creates a feeling of unsafe environment even though it locates next to other high end hotels. When I checked out and asked for receipt but the answer was the computer is down so I left and so far not knowing what they will charge me

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes,they had someone smoking next door the smoke was coming into our room dog barking till 4am,by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel

The man tel was fine. The location was bad because of the all night traffic noise right next to I95.

Room was ok when we checked in but when the lights went out for the night and we got up at 4AM and turned the lights on there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE!

The room smelled of mold and cigarettes, there were roaches on the wall and in the bathtub. Will not return. Did get a refund though…

Just an inexpensive place to shower sleep over enroute from NY to FL. Stayed eight hours.

The room was clean which is my main requirement. The one issue I had was that I had reserved the room with a debit card and gave them a credit card to pay the bill with and they charge the wrong card. Only place I've ever had this issue.

It's a veranda style property, pretty clean overall. The bed is on the firmer side, "hardwood floor". No breakfast offered but they do have one cup coffee maker in the room. Pretty convenient getting on and off I95.There are two gas stations right next door and a McDonald on one side. while a Starbucks and Subway on the other.
