Black water stuff came out of the faucet when turned on. Apparently there was some leak that had been fixed and caused this. No hot water and the tub was unsafe, felt like I was going to fall through it. Staff was nice but will never stay here again.

Nice place however the TV is very complex to figure it out. I wish it was more basic to have access to stream channels or more variety of TV channels.

Rachel at the front desk was amazing. She helped us find food for our Chris**as dinner. She was so informative bout the hotel and area. You really have a Customer Service Gem.

The rooms are in two seperste buildings and you hear everything. The curtains do not close completely so we had to use binderclips to keep them shut for privacy. The lights in the room flickered and the heating unit was loud. We reported it to maintenance and it was checked, along with the outlet in the bathroom which didnt work. If I had to stay there again, I would but just lesving an honest review. It wasnt earth shattering issues just minor inconveniences.
The staff were all very polite which is why i woild use again.

It did take quite a few minutes to get hot water to sink and shower. When we did get hot water the shower was nice.
