史蒂夫斯頓海濱飯店(Steveston Waterfront Hotel)

Wow what a wonderful hotel. Right on the river in Steveston, with every possibly amenity in the room. They are set up like condos, with a kitchen, washer and drier etc. It is even pet friendly I had a problem figuring out the heat and a maintenance person was here in minutes to sort it out. Checkin was online and easy. Customer service was terrific and professional when I called them This would be the ideal location and setup for a long term stay The photos on the website are accurate, it’s an industrial look with clean and spacious appointments The location along the boardwalk is ideal with many places to eat within a few minutes walk We have family in Richmond so this cannot be beat for amenities and value

The place was great. It would be even better for a longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge. Washer and dryer included. Nice to have no contact check in but be aware that you should screen shot any info you might need to get into parking or to check in. The staff responded very quickly by email with any help I needed. I would definitely return.

Fabulous location close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Check in is a little different and not great. Rooms are very spacious and kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is no reception and all communication is by email. Response is very quick. We booked for a king bed studio and the room had a queen size bed. Very disappointing as we were there for 3 nights. Once they were made aware of the error they did comp us $60 but I would have rather had a king bed. When you open the door on the studio rooms unfortunately you almost fall into the bed. A suggestion for management would be grab bars in the shower as the shower floor is quite slippery. Also some hooks on the back of the doors would be helpful as there is only 2 small drawers to store your clothes.

This place is so beautifully decorated; it's calm and serene. The location is obviously amazing. It is however, this hotel has zero hospitality. It's an online check-in, through a portal; there is no one to let you into the locked building. They email a link, which after you check in online, gets you an access code. The code apparently gives you access to your room and parking garage. The code worked everywhere except for inside the parking garage, so I could not get in to the building. I had to reload my car and park on the street. There is no luggage cart. This would be hard for anyone who is not into tech or has vision problems. Once you're in the building, it's really nice.

I never write reviews, but Steveston Waterfront Hotel needs a shout out. My partner and i stayed at the studio suite for a little staycation. The suite was beautiful, modern and clean with all the supplies provided. We were very impressed. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the bed is right next to the door, so we could hear everything, like the door slamming sound and with the people walking by, so the sounds woke us up a couple of times during the night. But, overall, we had a blast!

The pillows were the fluffiest! Beautiful, fresh suites & the view was so pretty, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I slept like a baby, every thing is new and modern. In suite laundry 👌 Quiet and serene area with alot of food and eating establishments to chose from in quaint Steveston Village. Thank you

Yes, the hotel def had a industrial feel to it with exposed pipes and high ceilings. It had a wow factor when you walked in. High end appliances including laundry. Beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable king bed with duvet. The pull out sofa had a memory foam type mattress. My adult son was very comfortable sleeping on it. Of course the location was incredible. Right down at waterfront in Steveston. Quiet and peaceful. Same access code sent to email day of check in to use for parking garage, hotel access door and our own suite. Very easy process. Starter kit with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap and nice toiletry items.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room is very nice, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was very responsive. A few major disappointments: 1) The shower has really low water pressure. 2) Lots of pet hair on the couch and floor that ended up sticking to our clothing. 3) The air vents are really noisy, making it hard to sleep or talk on the phone. Also, be forewarned that you're required to upload a digital scan of your ID (e.g. driver's license or passport) on their portal prior to your check-in date. It's unclear how they will protect this information.

The suite is very well appointed and provisioned. The neighborhood is lovely. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Only issue was my call to the help desk about my digital key was never returned, though the key worked eventually. I’ll come back to stay again for sure next time in Vancouver.
