Location nearly 2km from Burleigh Head but close to bus stop up and down the coast including 777 to airport. . Is close to Miami few eating places except Miami Rice Chinese nice. Burleigh north surf club terrible service . Reception open limited times so forget about luggage storage with early or late flight schedules. Roadworks overnight no sleep single glazed windows noisy . l make sure these are complete before booking. View from 13a annazinv annd sun all day only thing about this place but avoid this room in summer months. Bathrooms mould and grubby and carpets worn and stained.
