哥倫比亞岬旅館(The Lodge at Columbia Point)

Beautiful hotel but the location and amenities were very poor. Dinner was average. My breakfast was cold and uncovered without any cream for my coffee, despite requesting extra cream!!

Room and bathroom or large comfortable. Pool: common area work very large with mini tables. Faced the marina. Covered by the open air. Fireplace. Housekeeping did an excellent job of learning our routine and coming in when we were gone to take care of the room. Dining and bar staff very friendly and efficient. Food was good. Enjoyed a wonderful facial at the spa Major drawback was there were no movie channels available. Streaming services like Netflix and Amazon prime not available. Only commercial TV. Only two USB ports available in the room next to one side of the bed. Inconvenient location.

The lodge is the perfect place to stay in Richland! Top notch quality and great customer service. Easy parking and almost too many restaurants within waking distance! Great views of the river!!

Very nice hotel, a little noisy in the mornings due to the housekeeping activities. The balconies are not very private, but otherwise a good experience. Convenient to restaurants, activities.

This was our first time staying at the lodge. It is a beautiful, upscale property. It is clean, modern, has plenty of parking, and the service was excellent. This is going to be our go to place to stay in the Tri Cities from now on.

Nice property with river views. Quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants. Hot tub was not available which was a negative for the stay. The pool is also outdoors which would be fine but n the summer.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. The staff is bar none the most helpful, kind and appreciative staff I have encountered in my travels in recent years. The hotel is clean, beautiful and so comfortable. I love the traditional service including real glasses in the rooms, real room service served on a tray with real dishes...not paper to go boxes in a bag. The pool area is gorgeous and the views are gorgeous. I want to come back and try the spa next time. Thank you for excellent hospitality. My husband is in liver failure and we have stayed here twice now to break up the trip between Spokane and Portland for medical appoin**ents at OHSU. It has been a breath of fresh air and a nice respite for me in between.

I love this place and its my "go to" property when I visit the Tri Cities. The staff are great. I enjoyed the library nooks. The rooms are looking a bit tired and could use a touchup and new bed linens. I was disappointed that the hot tub was down so I hope they get it working again.
