Front entrance door was broken and looked hood when we got there, but was fixed when we left, room smelled like smoke and had stains in carpet that look like blood, sofa bed was very cheap mattress with no sheets or blankets for it. The two separate bedrooms with a living room in the middle was cool like a apartment setup

This place is a mess. The employees are useless. None of them can think for themselves. The breakfast just started andnits garbage even though its been advertised for months. Cockroaches...broekn fridge....broken tv...broken remotes...the issues never end.

The room was very large and nice. The hallways were a bit drab. The breakfast was pretty standard fare but strangely there were biscuits but no gravy and hash browns but no eggs.

This has truly been a home away from home, my kids and I have had to be here almost a month now. The 2 bedroom suite is like an apartment and it doesn’t even feel like a hotel. Thanks for a great experience, all the staff rock and they go above and beyond!! Just book, you want be sorry. I don’t even like writing reviews but I had to….

Office staff was incredibly rude. The condition of the building A was abysmal and smelled awful. There were young children running up and down the halls unsupervised and screaming loudly.

The staff was very kind but the property had a bunch of cigarettes outside the door. We did not receive any blankets for the pullout bed and the hall was very loud with barking dogs all hours of the night. The maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and when we answered the door there was noone there and the maid walked down the halI. Very weird. It was okay for the cost just a little disappointing

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service.
Breakfast rules are uncomplimentary. YOU MUST SIT AND EAT IN THE KITCHEN. NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM WITH KIDS AND SPOUSE. VERY UNACCOMDATING. NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING TO YOUR ROOM. This is my first experience with any hotel. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

The hotel was in a really great area and super close to a venue we were going to see an artist. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend if visiting Dallas. I will come back!
