As all Accor hotel, it is clean, safe with all Covid counter measures in place. Good breakfast and plenty of parking places. Staff is very friendly and even when arrived late, my reservation still there.

Foi a primeira vez neste hotel. Tem uma localização fácil para chegada. O local talvez não seja o melhor para passeio, mas para ficar no hotel não tem problema. Tem estacionamento, com seguranças. Sempre lotado. A área do café da manhã poderia ser maior, dependendo da hora fica cheia. O café é muito bom. Apartamentos são confortáveis. Mas fiquei no primeiro andar, de frente para a rua, e parece que as conversas são dentro do apartamento. Não sei se conversa da rua ou do apto vizinho, já que no banheiro existe uma janela, que provavelmente fica de frente para o banheiro do vizinho. Atendimento muito bom por parte dos funcionários.

Olhar todos os quartos e limpá-los mesmo os que não foram usados pois pode ter teias de aranha , ou rever os quartos para uma reforma. Pois falta cuidados neste hotel ( ex: porta desbotadada , espelho e cobertores manchados , fios soltos . Amei o atendimento mas falta qualidade). Gostei muito da Marizete ela tem um ótimo zelo no faz . Mas tem algumas ...

De início reservei um quarto que não me atendia , liguei no hotel e foram super atenciosos e trocaram para mim.. Atendimento nota 10 . Cheguei antes do horário e consegui pagar meia estadia e subi p o quarto. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza do quarto também. Indicarei o hotel e sempre que volta para ribeirão será minha hospedagem

hotel bom excelente localizacao e bom cafe da manha...infelizmente com uma atendente totalmente despreparada para a funcao... nao sei qual o Errol mas solicitei o pagamento no credito e ela efetivou no debito....so reclamar essa atendente alem de ser mal educada nao se interessou em resolver o problema...precisa ser treinada ou simplesmente dispensada...ainda nao recebi esclarecinento sober o erro...

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel, pq o custo benefício é perfeito. Ao lado do shopping, tem tudo q preciso. Café da manhã digno, quarto adequado com tudo q preciso. Piscina ótima, academia é básica, mas atende.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.
