A tv só funciona 1 canal, quarto bem simples, banheiro apertado , apesar de oferecer café da manhã, precisa ir ao hotel vizinho, e bem no dia da minha hospedagem estava chovendo e o hotel não tinha guarda-chuva para oferecer. Além disso o estacionamento é paga, não é coberto e chão de brita. Fora que o check in, apesar de ter sido realizado previamente como sugerido para agilizar a hospedagem, atrasou em 1h no saguão sem explicação alguma!

De início reservei um quarto que não me atendia , liguei no hotel e foram super atenciosos e trocaram para mim.. Atendimento nota 10 . Cheguei antes do horário e consegui pagar meia estadia e subi p o quarto. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza do quarto também. Indicarei o hotel e sempre que volta para ribeirão será minha hospedagem

Funcionários atenciosos, quarto excelente, muito confortável, limpo, com espaço para trabalhar, wi-fi excelente para trabalho. Boa piscina e sauna. Café da manhã delicioso. Vaga para carros bem estruturada, com bom tamanho, fácil de manobrar. Hotel próximo da zona central, mas bem tranquilo, com opções de restaurantes, bares, sorveterias.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.
