佩基群島飯店(Pefki Islands)

This is hotel and all the staff from garden staff right up to management are lovely welcoming people. Every time they see you you are greated with a big smile and they can't do enough for you .The reception staff in Phefki Island are amazing Thank you for making my holiday start when I arrived. I booked into the dump Thalia Hotel around the corner but left after 2 days .Stayed for the remaining 5 nights in Phefki Island. AMAZING PLACE .SPOTLESS, if are thinking of staying in phefkos book here you will not be disappointed

We stayed for the first time at Pefki Islands after friends have been going for many years. Everything about the hotel complex is fabulous. Best rooms I have ever had in a hotel in Greece, big, well equipped and great air conditioning. Staff were all super friendly and efficient. Our cleaners in block I were just lovely and did a brilliant job every day. Also very friendly and helped us learn a little Greek. Great pool spaces with 5 to choose from across the 3 hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with so much choice. Finding a table was a challenge some days, you learn to avoid 9-9:30am if you can! Location is great with easy access to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town where there are some amazing places to eat. So good we have already booked direct with the hotel for next year!

We booked direct through the hotel.We were collected from the airport by the hotel supplied transfer perfectly on time. We arrived at the hotel to a warm greeting and she gave us all the info we needed. We stayed in I block middle floor. The room was fantastic, bed's comfortable, liquid soap and toilet rolls provided. Air con and safe was in with the price of the room.Room was cleaned six days a week(the cleaner did a fantastic job and very helpful). The room had everything you needed, lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was brilliant lots of sun beds with umbrellas. The pool has a swim up bar where you can order food and drinks,it also has a little toilet/shower block. You can use all 3 hotel and pools as the are next to each other. Breakfast,WOW JUST WOW, everything you could ask for was there,perfect. Staff at breakfast were very helpful (especially the softly spoken girl 👍). We absolutely loved our holiday here and will be rebooking for next year. Keep up the good work. YAMAS

Great people and service , lovely huge apartment,and will return. I cannot praise the people here highly enough with a special mention to Yiannis who saved he day at midnight day one (not even) after I left my wallet on the transfer bus! Got to our room and about to cancel all my cards when we get a call to say the bus is returning with wallet. Cannot thank him and Gem Travel enough.

Stunning Gem with the warmest of welcome and views to die for. We couldn't fault our stay the accommodation room a23 with views of the pool sea and mountains was incredible. The breakfast was plentiful and beautiful presented. Lots of choice something for everyone. The evening entertainment from the tribute acts such as the jersey boys and the supremes was brilliant loved it. A definite return trip for us, Tipsy cow and and 1912 restaurants near by again highly recommended plus the restaurants on site. Housekeeping and reception staff so helpful and informative also having 3 hotels on site and being able to use all 3 such a bonus We'll done you. I've never seen so many Pools!

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and made of of blocks, blocks 'G', 'H' & 'I' over look one of the pools. Room numbers beginning with '1' are on the ground level, people sitting round the pool can see into your room if you have the curtains open. If you want a bit more privacy request a room number beginning with '2' or '3' so you are above ground level. The rooms are fairly basic with kitchenette, this is standard for the grade of hotel. They are clean, with housekeeping coming in each day to change the towels / bed linen. The showers are a little on the small size and could do with modernizing as well as being bigger. Hot water was lacking in the morning, but plentiful in the afternoon / evening, so advice is to shower in the evenings. The staff as always, are very friendly and ready to help you when needed. Large choice of breakfast is offered, buffet style. Plenty of seating, but does get busy. We found the best time to go for breakfast was around 08:00. Breakfast is served between 07:30 - 10:00. If you are doing an early start for a trip where you would not have time for breakfast, you can let reception know the day before your trip and they will arrange a packed breakfast for you that you can pick up on you way out in the morning. Will contain Sandwiches, Cake, Fruit (Apple & Banana) and a bottle of water each. The location of the hotel is ideal being only a five minute walk from the main street in Pefki where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from to eat. Recommendations for places to eat: Sunset (onsite) Greek Story Harmony Artemis. We have always enjoyed our stays here and will definitely return for another stay again. The hotel group does have a fair number of returning guests, with some returning several times every year.

This hotel is just the best.All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much for them.the rooms are comfortable,well equipped and spotlessly clean.Breakfast is included in the price and is very good with an amazing choice.will definitely return

Love this chain of hotels. Great service from start of holiday to the finish. 2 bed Family room was enormous and spotless. Everything you needed. Pool bar staff were great and very friendly. Good value on drinks and food. Perfect for the beach and nearby restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Greeted warmly at reception when we arrived, they assist with luggage if you need and have buggies to transport you if it too far to walk to your room. The room was huge, big comfy bed and the kitchenette was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare simple meals. Air con included :) attractive blue railings around the balconies and the gardens are kept beautifully. Pools were all fab, lots of choice being able to access all three hotels in the complex, which meant a choice of bars too. Food from the bars was tasty, burger, cheese and bacon chips and the pizza were highlights! Hotel staff were all fabulous, but particular mention MUST go to Nikos, Michaela and Dmitri who were exceptional! also the two we didn't get names of but dubbed the 'dancing man' and my 'greek grandad', gardening/maintenance(?) who were absolutely delightful ❤️ pools were lovely and clean. Would recommend highly! Thank you
