Palvelu oli ihan ok. Virheitä sattui, mutta korjattiin nopeasti. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja monipuolista. Jotkut tarjoilijat eivät juurikaan hallinneet englanninkieltä, mutta ymmärsivät jotenkin, kun tarpeeksi selitti. Tosi ystävällisiä kylläkin kaikki työntekijät resortissa :)

Η διαμονή μας ηταν εξαιρετική! Πέρασαν 14 μέρες χωρίς να το καταλάβουμε! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο κ εξυπηρετικό, το δωμάτιο που λάβαμε υπέροχο σε θεα κ τοποθεσία και η καθαριότητα του κάθε μερα λεπτομερής και τυπική. Μπορούσαμε να βρούμε ξαπλώστρες στις πισίνες και οι παροχές από το μίνι μπαρ και το σνακ μπαρ πλούσιες με φρέσκα φαγητά ποτά κ καφέδες. Τα παιδιά απόλαυσαν παιχνίδι και μπανιο στις πισίνες εκτός από το νόστιμο φαγητό. Το Waterpark διασκεδαστικό και αν πήγαινες πριν τις ώρες αιχμής έβρισκες άνετα ελεύθερες τσουλιθρες. Ποικιλία ώστε από το πιο μικρό έως το μεγαλύτερο παιδί μπορούσε να παίξει κ να διασκεδάσει. Κοιλιά show το βραδυ με τραγούδια και performance από διαφορετικούς καλλιτέχνες. Νόστιμα φαγητά και στο main restaurant μεσημέρι κ απόγευμα. Πλήρες κ φρέσκο πρωινό για όλες τις απαιτήσεις. Από τα πιο οργανωμένα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επισκεφτεί τα τελευταία χρόνια. Περάσαμε υπέροχα!

Dieser Club / Resort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dieses Resort bietet für jeden in der Familie etwas. Angefangen bei den viele Pools, über das Animationsprogramm für groß und klein, bis hin zu Fußball/ Tennisplätzen und dem Aquapark. Die Mischung aus a la carte Restaurants und Buffetrestaurant lassen wenige kulinarische Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber.

Appena arrivata in questa struttura ho pensato "ok, non riparto più". Un posto davvero molto bello, cordialità dal primo momento fino all'ultimo secondo passato qui. Il personale molto disponibile, la cucina ottima, struttura incantevole, le camere sono luminose e spaziose. Perdersi nei sogni nei pressi della piscina è semplicemente meraviglioso. Servivano dei giorni di relax e, purtroppo sono passati troppo in fretta. Grazie di tutto, Carla L.

Ein tolles Hotel!! Die Anlage ist für alle Bedürfnisse vorbereitet.. sei es der SPA Bereich, der Wasserpark, die Kaffeebar mit richtig gutem Kaffee, tolles Personal etc.. Wir sind mit einem Kind hier, das Zöliakie hat, das bedeutet, dass in keinster Weise Gluten am Essen sein darf- auch keine Krume, die den Teller mal berührt hat. Das Hotel ist sehr gut darauf vorbereitet und es wird alles möglich gemacht. Wir bekommen morgens im Restaurant eine Liste, die ich täglich mit Sonderwünschen und Extraessenswünschen ergänze, auch das wird mit einem Lächeln gerne gemacht. Hervorzuheben ist hier Jessie mit ihrem Allergieteam im Restaurant. Unser Kind genießt es sehr dazuzugehören und wird jeden Tag sehr herzlich begrüßt und verwöhnt- so wie alle anderen auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alle sind unglaublich nett. Die Anlage ist groß und trotzdem hat man an jeder Ecke alles was man benötigt. Der Rutschenpark hat für den nötige Spaß gesorgt. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade und konnte sogar ein Zimmer mit SwimUp Pool genießen. Unser Zimmer war super schön und sehr sauber. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen und Trinken war vielfältig und für unseren Geschmack mehr als ausreichend. Das griechische Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Einen Spa Besuch haben wir uns auch gegönnt. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr modern und optisch ein Hingucker. Die Leute sind super höflich und die Behandlungen waren sehr angenehm und entspannend. Hier kann man abschalten. Die Anlage ist ein toller Ort, um einen gelungenen Urlaub zu haben!

Schöne Anlage und tolle Mitarbeiter! Petroulla vom Eisstand hat uns alle glücklich gemacht. Danke! Leider waren die Pools noch ziemlich kalt. Das Essen war lecker. Zu Stoßzeiten war das Restaurant sehr wuselig. Gemütliche Betten und gepflegte Zimmer. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Super Hotel ! Meine Eltern und ich gehen seit 2009 in das Hotel. In der Zeit wurde viel positives an dem Hotel gemacht wie zB Swim Up Zimmer, Wasserpark und der Pool am Strand uvm. Dieses Jahr waren wir wie die anderen auch Super zufrieden. Die Animation vom Sport Team war wirklich Super und hat immer Spaß gemacht ! Danke an Linn, Karina, Cornelia und Petra :) Dem Kids Club kann ich mich dem oben nur anschließen! Danke an Rosa und Denise ! Wir hatten das Swim Up Zimmer und waren begeistert. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber ! Der Service war in allen Abgeilungen super freundlich und hilfsbereit :) dem kann man nichts hinzufügen Das Essen könnte einen kleinen Tick besser werden aber Essen ist ja bekanntlich immer eine Geschmackssache :) aber in großen und ganzen war es gut. Vielen Dank für den Tollen Aufenthalt und viele Grüße an alle Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! ️

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern aufgebaut, sehr, SEHR familienfreundlich und das Essen speziell in den a la Card Restaurants einfach wirklich spitze. Wir waren in dem italienischen Themenrestaurant und es war einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Das Essen wirklich super und der Service wirklich erste Klasse! (Danke nochmal für alles Konstantina :) ) aber auch im "normalen" Buffet war immer Abwechslung geboten. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Notre premier voyage en Grèce nous a conquis grâce à cet hôtel. Nous avons s apprécié le confort des chambres . Nous avons eu la chance de ne pas être trop nombreux à cette période. Ce qui nous a vraiment permis de se relaxer . Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'hôtel est très propre et les abords sont très bien entretenu. On s'y sent en sécurité. Nous reviendrons très bientôt.

Heel mooi resort met mooi uitzicht op het strand! Het eten was oke maar wel veel keuzes. Heel vriendelijk persoon vooral : manos & rafael van de bar en manos van het aquapark! Ook het aquapark was geweldig en de kamers waren ook super. Wat meer achtergrond muziek savonds rond 22u zou der wel mogen zin.

Nous voilà de retour après 8j dans cet établissement. De manière générale nous avons passé de belles vacances mais je rejoins les différents avis sur le fait que ce n'est pas à la hauteur pour un 5*. Plusieurs points sont effectivement à améliorer. Les chambres : Nous avions une chambre vue sur mer et franchement sans regret, la vue était splendide. A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas très propre. J'ai retrouvé un médicament à terre. Heureusement que je l'ai trouvé avant mon fils.. Le restaurant principal : nourriture bonne mais pas exceptionnelle... restaurant très vieillot... Pas de fêta... en Grèce c'est un comble. Très chaud à l'intérieur malgré la présence de 2,3 grosses clim portables... Pas très joli cependant... Toutes les assisetes sont chaudes, pour les desserts et plats froids c'est pas top. L'Aquapark: chouettes toboggans. Tant pour les plus grands que pour les petits. Mes fils de 9 ans et 4 ans étaient ravis. Gros point négatif : pas possible de profiter de la formule all in. C'est vraiment étonnant. Manque de bouées également. Les piscines : très chouettes. Peu importe l'heure on a toujours trouvé un transat. Les spectacles le soir et l' animation: Seul 2 spectacles étaient bien. Grosse déception. Animations inexistantes. Restaurant italien: excellent et personnel très agréable. Une vue magnifique et des plats très bons. Merci pour la bougie pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Très bonne nourriture près de la piscine. Le midi c'était notre choix... Voilà pour nous. Nous avons l'habitude des établissements 5 étoiles et celui-ci n'est pas à la hauteur. Nous ne reviendrons pas mais ce n'est pas non plus catastrophique.
