The staff was friendly, but not accommodating to our few general requests. (We needed an additional blanket and we were told only one blanket per guest/bed and we needed a fan which other hotels provide and they do not) Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was not as pictured and would have been nice to have more variety instead of the same food everyday.
When booked it was listed as a 4 star, but upon arrival discovered it had changed to a 3 star and we would give it 2 stars. The lobby carpet and carpet outside our room was very dirty. No do not disturb signs, need better soap in the bathrooms, TV channels were limited and not entertaining they need to be expanded.
When booking the pictures made us feel like it was worth the price we were paying and then after staying felt like it was not worth what we paid.
We did ask for a one extension check out time and as with every other request we were told no. Even though the staff was friendly they are not customer oriented.
Definitely not the worst place we have stayed but would not stay here again.
